Kuro Games announced that Alloy Smelt will be one of the last events of Wuthering Waves version 1.0. Players who are eager to upgrade their team should focus on completing all Rifts in Alloy Smelt, where they’ll get a hefty reward that will help them prepare for everything that’s coming in the 1.1 version.

Wuthering Waves Alloy Smelt end date
The Alloy Smelt event in Wuthering Waves started on June 6, 2024, and will end on June 27, 2024.
How to participate in Wuthering Waves Alloy Smelt event
To participate in the Alloy Smelt event in Wuthering Waves, you’ll first need to reach Union Level 14. Then, you’ll need to accept the “Alloy Smelt” quest that appears on your quest list.
To start the quest, go to the Resonance Nexus in Tiger’s Maw Mine, and talk to Shilang. He’ll ask you to investigate the Sonoro Sphere that is at the lowest level of Tiger’s Maw Mine.
After you enter the Sphere, you’ll be able to start with the different Alloy Smelt challenges.
How to complete Alloy Smelt event in Wuthering Waves
To complete the Alloy Smelt event in Wuthering Waves, you’ll need to gain 2000 points within a two-minute time limit by defeating enemies in the Rifts. Killing Standard enemies will grant you 50 points, while killing Elite enemies will give you 100 points.
If you want to get more points, you can increase each Rift’s difficulty. Keep in mind that not all Rifts and difficulties are available in the beginning. Rifts 4 through 6 will be available on June 8, 2024, and Rifts 7 through 10 will unlock on June 10, 2024.
Each Rift will have different conditions that will affect Resonators and their skills. Here are all the Rifts and the effects you’ll encounter in the Allow Smelt event:
- Breath Rift
- Concerto Energy of Aero and Spectro Resonators is automatically restored.
- When Aero Resonators release Concerto Energy, a Whirlwind will be summoned.
- When Spectro Resonators release Concerto Skill, AOE Spectro DMG will be dealt. Enemies will also be marked within a certain range, and an explosion will be triggered when they take damage.
- Freezing Rift
- Concerto Energy of Glacio and Havoc Resonators is automatically restored.
- When Glacio Resonators release Concerto Skill, AOE Freezing will be caused and the enemies will be marked within a certain range. When the marked enemies take damage, deals additional Glacio DMG.
- When Havoc Resonators release Concerto Skill, explosions will be triggered 6 times around them, dealing Havoc DMG.
- Scorching Rift
- Concerto Energy of Fusion and Electro Resonators is automatically restored.
- When Fusion Resonators release Concerto Skill, a Lava Pillar will be generated at the enemy’s location, dealing Fusion DMG.
- When Electro Resonators release Concerto Skill, 3 streaks of lightning will be summoned around them, dealing Electro DMG.
- Rapido Rift
- Resonators’ Concerto Energy restoration speed is increased.
- After Resonators release Intro Skills, Resonance Energy will be restored to the fullest and Resonance Liberation’s DMG will be increased by 225%.
- Striking Rift
- Resonators’ Concerto Energy restoration speed is increased.
- After Resonators release Intro Skills, Crit. Rate is increased by 100% and Crit. DMG is increased by 10%. The effect of Crit. DMG boost can stack up to 20 times.
- Intimidating Rift
- Echo Skill DMG is increased. Echo Skill CD is reduced by 100% for 8 seconds after Resonators release Resonance Liberation.
- Deafening Rift
- Echo Skill DMG is increased by 50% and Heavy Attack’s DMG is increased by 30%.
- Echo Skill CD is reduced by 50% after Resonators perform Heavy Attacks.
- Furious Rift
- Echo Skill CD is reduced by 50%. Resonance Skill’s Crit. Rate and Heavy Attack’s Crit. Rate are increased by 100% and Crit. DMG is increased by 30% for 3 seconds after Resonators release Echo Skill.
- The effect of Crit DMG boost can stack up to 15 times.
- Ethereal Rift
- Echo Skill CD is reduced by 50%.
- After Resonators release Echo Skills, a wind field will be generated to continuously pull enemies. When the wind field disperses, Aero DMG will be dealt one time.
- Everlasting Rift
- Echo Skill CD is reduced by 100% for 5 seconds after Resonators release Intro Skills.
- Damage dealt by Resonators is increased by 10% after enemies are defeated, stacking up to 25 times.
