Zenless Zone Zero version 1.1 release date, banners & events

Zenless Zone Zero is getting ready for its first big update, the 1.1 version, with new limited-time banners, events, and much more.

Update 1.1 will add a new storyline centered around Agents from New Eridu’s Public Security, so here’s everything you need to know about it, including banners and more.

ZZZ 1.1 release date

The Zenless Zone Zero 1.1 update will launch on August 14, 2024. This was confirmed by the devs and is based on the fixed banner schedule that brings new characters every three weeks.

In case the update experiences some delays, we’ll update this section to let you know.

Phase One | August 14 – September 4

• QingYi – S-Rank | Electric | Stun
  • Anby – A-Rank | Electric | Stun
  • Billy – A-Rank | Physical | Attack

Phase Two | September 4 – September 25

• Jane Doe – S-Rank | Physical | Anomaly
  • Seth – A-Rank| Electric | Defense
  • Corin – A-Rank | Physical | Attack

QingYi and Jane will headline the 1.1 banners. Both S-Rank characters were officially revealed by the devs alongside Seth, a new A-Rank Agent. These characters will star in the new storyline and QingYi will get her own Agent Story titled “The Case of a Missing Bangboo.”

Agents will debut alongside their signature W-Engines, as well as a new Bangboo that works great alongside Public Security Agents.

Events

• Camellia Golden Week: The most popular summer festival in New Eridu will add new Commissions for players to complete to get limited-time rewards like Polychromes and a new W-Engine.
• First-Class Customer Service: The video store will add new features, and players will be able to repair and tune video players through different mini-games.
• Daily Life of a PubSec Officer: New themed commissions will be available for players helping out the Public Security officers.
• Scene One, Shot One!: A new NPC will task players with capturing scenes around New Eridu using their camera. This event will add new camera features like filters and a selfie mode.

Additionally, players will get a new edition of the All-New Program and “En-Nah” Into Your Lap events rewarding 10 Encrypted Master Tapes and 10 Boopons, respectively. The Shiyu Defense mode will also get a special event with limited-time rewards, so be on the lookout.
