Genshin Impact Cor Lapis locations: Farming guide and sellers
Genshin Impact characters Chongyun, Keqing, and Zhongli require Cor Lapis for ascension as they belong to Liyue. If you’re willing to build these characters, here’s a guide to collecting Cor Lapis in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact characters belong to different regions of Teyvat and to ascend them, you must find materials in their native regions. For instance, Chongyun, Keqing, and Zhongli belong to Liyue and the region’s local specialty called Cor Lapis is essential for ascending them.
Cor Lapis generally spawns at the base of cliffs and in caves. To collect the item, you first need to break its outer shell with a Claymore attack or Geo DMG. Other attacks also break the shell eventually but they are more time-consuming.
On that note, here’s a list of the best locations to find Cor Lapis in Genshin Impact.
Best locations to farm Cor Lapis in Genshin Impact
From Mt. Hulao to Cuijue Slope, these are the best locations for you to get Cor Lapis in Genshin Impact:
Jueyun Karst
The plains located northeast of the Jueyun Karst in Liyue have 13 Cor Lapis. There are three Teleport Waypoints in the region that can help you collect the resources efficiently.
You can find the exact Cor Lapis locations in the image above from HoYoverse’s official interactive map.
Luhua Pool and Tianqiu Valley
You can get over 30 Cor Lapis in Genshin Impact by visiting Luhua Pool and Tianqiue Valley.
First, use the Teleport Waypoint in Luhua Pool and head to Cuijue Slope to get five Cor Lapis. Teleport to the Waypoint again and go south to get eight more.

To collect the Cor Lapis near Tianqiu Valley, we recommend using the Teleport Waypoint on the cliff located north of the valley. From there, you can glide down quickly and collect the materials with ease.
Lastly, you can use the Teleport Waypoint located north of Cuijue Slope and climb the cliff to get four more pieces of Cor Lapis.
Mt. Tianheng and Dunyu Ruins
Genshin Impact’s Mt. Tianheng is home to six Cor Lapis and you can collect them quickly, thanks to the Teleport Waypoint at the peak’s top. After collecting them, you can use the Statue of Seven and the Teleport Waypoint in Dunyu Ruins to collect nine more Cor Lapis.

Do not forget to collect the 10 Cor Lapis in the plains located east of Luhua Pool. They seem to be far-off but collecting them won’t be a hassle because there’s no need to climb extensively.
The Chasm
Genshin Impact released The Chasm years after Liyue and players can find over 15 Cor Lapis in the new region. Most of these are near Teleport Waypoints and Statues of Seven.

Because The Chasm is full of uneven terrain, some players might struggle to reach the exact locations through images. In such a situation, remember that Cor Lapis spawns near caves and cliff bases only.
North of Mt. Aocang
The cliffs located north of Mt. Aocang can help you get 12 Cor Lapis. However, the location is very near to the map’s edge and there are only two Teleport Waypoints. As a result, you’ll have to travel slightly more than usual to get the desired items.
Mt. Hulao
Mt. Hulao is easily one of the best places to get Cor Lapis in Genshin Impact. 16 Cor Lapis are spread around the peak and the Teleport Waypoint at the top makes the farming process quite convenient.
Guyun Stone Forest
To quickly get five Cor Lapis in Genshin Impact, you can head to the small islands of Guyun Stone Forest. There’s a domain and a Teleport Waypoint to help you navigate.
Qingce Village
Wuwang Hill and Qingce Village regions of Genshin Impact have several caves and cliffs that you can explore to get over 15 Cor Lapis. Luckily, the majority of these Cor Lapis are near Teleport Waypoints or Statues of Seven.
Sal Terrae
Sal Terrae in Genshin Impact is a suburban area near the borders of Liyue, Mondstadt, and Dragonspine. By teleporting to Sal Terrae and heading north, you’ll find eight Cor Lapis in close proximity and they aren’t worth missing out on.
Where to buy Cor Lapis in Genshin Impact?
Two NPCs in Genshin Impact sell Cor Lapis:
Qiuwei
Qiuwei is an NPC from Sumeru and you can find her shop in Port Osmos. You can buy five Cor Lapis from her for 5000 Mora (1000 Mora each) and the shop resets every 3 days.
Changshun
Changshun is an NPC from Liyue and you can find her shop in Liyue Harbor. You can buy five Cor Lapis from her for 7500 Mora (1500 Mora each) and the shop resets every 3 days.
It is evident that relying on the NPCs to get 10 Cor Lapis every 3 days is not the best strategy. For the most efficient farming, you’ll have to travel around Liyue and get Cor Lapis from the locations mentioned above.
With this Genshin Impact guide, you should be able to collect over 100 Cor Lapis in a single run. For similar content, check out our farming guides for Sakura Bloom, Sango Pearl, Geoculus, Lotus Head, Sacrificial Knife, Philanemo Mushrooms, Valberry, and Dandelion Seeds.
