Genshin Impact version 4.7 release date

Genshin Impact version 4.7 was released on June 5, 2024, and will last until July 16, 2024.

Genshin Impact version 4.7 is confirmed to see Clorinde and Sigewinne as new 5-star introductions, with Sethos as a new 4-star that will appear in the event wishes “Illuminating Lightning” and “Caution in confidence”.

• Phase 1:
  • Characters: Clorinde & Alhaitham (with Sethos as one of the 4-star rate-ups)

Genshin Impact version 4.7 story & expansion details

Genshin Impact 4.7 features new story quests for the latest 5-star characters added, which are called “Clorinde’s Rapperia Chapter,” and “Sigewinne’s Nereides Chapter.“

Version 4.7 also brings the latest act of the Archon Quest’s Chapter 4, Act 6. This quest features more information about the Loom of Fate, Caribert, and more about the Traveler’s search for their lost twin.

Genshin Impact version 4.7 new mode

Version 4.7 of Genshin Impact has added a new permanent combat mode called Imaginarium Theater, which follows a season format and allows players to win tons of rewards.

The Imaginarium Theater puts Travelers to the test in a combat domain located within the library in Mondstadt. Before each stage, players will have to adapt to themes that restrict the Element that they can choose.

In the first season, you can only use Pyro, Electro, and Anemo Element and you’ll have to use Beidou, Wanderer, Chevreuse, Arlecchino, Sayu, and Clorinde for the challenge. If you have never pulled them, you’ll get a trial character.

There will be a total of 16 characters that you can pick, with each having 2 Vigor. A single Vigor will be depleted when you use a character, which means you can only use one character twice across a stage.

In terms of the exact gameplay, there are multiple stages and levels of difficulty. As usual, higher difficulty and stages will be tougher but will give you more rewards. Challenges within stages are combat against enemies that you’ve already seen elsewhere.

The first clear will net you 1,100 Primogems, and a total of 620 Primogems for recurring challenges, plus some ‘Special Poses’ that can be used in photo mode.

Genshin Impact version 4.7 QoL changes

Version 4.7 adds several QoL changes, including an increased Resin Cap. Here are all the changes.

• Increased Resin Cap to 200, and now you can craft 5 Condensed Resin.
• Inventory limit for Weapon Enhancement Materials and Ingredients to 99,999.
• Increased friend limit to 100.
• A new “Recommended Stat” will be added to Custom Loadout in artifact configuration. It’ll automatically add artifacts with recommended stats based on the data.

• Mutual Security Enhancing Simulation — “The Millelith and the armed forces of neighboring nations are working together to hold a cooperative wargame, seeking ways to improve their tactics…”

• Spino Doubleblaster — “In an unremarkable part of Belleau Region, you and Paimon hear a loud boom…”

• Endless Forms Most Martial — “Set up a suitable party based on the special characteristics and effects present, using the advantages they grant to secure your triumph!”

• Record of Reflective Writing — “Upon returning to Mondstadt, you encounter a light novelist. Following her script, you embark on a wondrous journey of reading and reverie…”

  • TCG card for Wriothesley, Xinyan, Kaveh, Furina, and Yunjin

Mutual Security Enhancing Simulation is the main event for the 4.7 version and is a tower defense mode similar to Theater Mechanics, but this time you will deploy enemies to work. Endless Forms Most Martial is an objective-based combat event, meanwhile, Spino Doubleblaster will have you shoot cannons like in past similar events.

Lastly, Record of Reflective Writing is a platform event where you’ll collect coins within levels while avoiding hurdles.
