On the Range Gray Zone Warfare task guide: Motel, shooting lanes & dumping ground location

The On the Range task in Gray Zone Warfare requires you to scout three locations and make sure that they’re clear of enemies for Gunny. Here’s how to find the motel, shooting lanes, and dumping ground to complete On the Range in GZW.

On the Range is one of the many tasks Gunny gives you in Gray Zone Warfare. Unlike First Hit which requires you to take down a boss or Helping Hand which is about collecting intel, this mission is only about scouting three locations, but finding them can be a hassle.

So, here’s how to find the motel, shooting lanes, and the dumping ground in Gray Zone Warfare to complete On the Range.

How to complete On the Range task in Gray Zone Warfare

You can complete the On the Range task in Gray Zone Warfare by traveling to the motel, shooting lanes, and the dumping ground marked in the image below:

The coordinates of these locations are as follows:

• Shooting Lanes – 159 169
• Dumping Ground – 159 168
• Motel – 161 167

The locations and coordinates are the same for all three factions.

You’ll get a new landing zone from Gunny to reach the desired locations and it will drastically cut down your travel time. Upon reaching Hunter’s Paradise, go near the marked areas and when you’re close enough, you should get a notification and XP.

Do note that Hunter’s Paradise is heavily guarded, so bring along enough weapons and ammo to take out any opponents, including AI or members of other factions trying to complete the same mission.

While the dumping ground and motel can be scouted from the outside, you’ll have to enter the enclosure and find the shooting lanes to complete the On the Range task in Gray Zone Warfare.

After finding all three locations, you can use the nearby extraction point to get back to your base camp and then interact with Gunny through the Vendors tab to complete the task and get the following rewards:

• 5,900 USD
• 1000 EXP
• 150 Reputation
