GTA Online: How to do the new Up-n-Atomizer trick

The Up-n-Atomizer can do some serious damage. But it can also be used for something less destructive. Here’s a neat new trick for it.

The Up-n-Atomizer is one of the most over-the-top weapons in GTA Online because of how powerful it is. You can dish out some serious damage with it equipped but one player has found a creative use for this gun.

GTA Online is filled with endless possibilities for you to explore. As you yourself into the world of Los Santos, you’ll find many different activities to take part int. You can race other players, buy expensive cars, get into dogfights or just cause general mayhem with the wide assortment of weapons available to you.

One cool weapon is the Up-n-Atomizer that is capable of sending anything ranging from people to large vehicles flying away with one blast. Naturally if you own one of these then you’ll be able to cause chaos and destruction on an large scale and one player has found neat new trick with this weapon.

GTA Online New Up-n-Atomizer trick

Reddit user skelatorx7 has discovered that you can use the Up-n-Atomizer to move cars between parking spaces. Now you can already do this GTA Online without too much of a hassle, but the weapon does make it look significantly cooler.

Aim weapon at the car and rather than blasting it away, just give it a little nudge. Instead of sending it flying away, this will flip it perfectly over to the next parking space. You can see this in the clip posted to the GTA Online subreddit below:

The player was able to send their car perfectly from one place to another without wrecking it. This may tempt you to try this for yourself with your own insured vehicle, which is completely understandable. This is also oddly wholesome because it shows a more gentle side to one of the most destructive weapons in the world of GTA Online.

Of course if you’re not careful then this could go horribly wrong, but it’s worth the risk to look cool. Not everyone was able to recreate this perfectly as seen in the comments of the subreddit, so if you do pull it off then it’s even more satisfying.

GTA Online players finding time-saving tricks to perform while playing isn’t exactly surprising. Through experimenting, these people have discovered some fun exploits such as the ability to force a car to spawn right next to them in the game, and many more. These little things make all the difference to speedrunners especially since it lets them skim through mundane tasks.

So if you have the Up-n-Atomizer in your inventory, you’re now know that you can use it for more than one purpose. This is why you should always try letting loose and testing out different things in GTA Online. You never know what fun tricks you’ll discover for yourself.

New Rockstar job hints GTA 6 may not be set in 1980s after all

A new job listing from Rockstar India has fans thinking that Grand Theft Auto 6 might be set in more modern times than originally thought.

With fans desperate for any news on Grand Theft Auto 6, a new job posting from Rockstar has dropped a clue about a possible setting, with a return to the 1980s seemingly not on the cards.

GTA 6 hasn’t even been confirmed by Rockstar yet, but it’s already one of the most highly anticipated games ever, with players desperate to play through the next chapter of the legendary franchise.

It’s no surprise then that fans have been searching for any little clue that could be linked to the upcoming game, using job postings and mystery pages on the official Rockstar website to fuel the speculation.

One of the biggest GTA rumors is known as ‘Project Americas,’ a supposed leak that claims the devs are working on an ambitious story that would see players in both Vice City and South America.

Project Americas suggests that the story’s main character will have links to the Cartel, which will see them traveling back and forth between Vice City and an unnamed location in South America during the 1980s.

While fans have been excited at the prospect of heading to the 80s in the next title, there has been some concern about what that could mean for the franchise. GTA 5 is set in modern-day Los Santos, with players using smartphones to communicate or use the stock market, something not possible in a game set 40 years ago.

A new job listing from Rockstar has cast more doubt on the idea of a throwback title, with the Indian division of the company searching for a “Mixed Media Animator.” According to the post, the successful applicant would “create content for in-game media” and work on “multiple platforms.”

GTA fans believe this refers to the in-game websites and TV shows that are part of GTA 5. If Grand Theft Auto 6 was set in the 1980s, it’s very unlikely that websites would play a part in the game.

Of course, the game could travel back to the 80s for story-telling, but it is unlikely that GTA Online would be set in two different timelines, or add modern technology to an old setting.

Of course, all this is just speculation until we get official confirmation from Rockstar, but many fans believe we will get an announcement from the developers at E3 2021 in June after TakeTwo announced they would be attending.

It’s as simple as that. However, if the Panther statue isn’t the target then you may be out of luck. In this scenario, it’s best to change your target, and here’s what you need to do:

  1. Log into GTA Online
  2. Visit your Heist setup room and start the Cayo Perico heist
  3. Fly across the map in the Velum plane, before starting the minigame to pick your target
  4. Check out your Cayo Perico target and restart the mission if it’s not the Panther statue

That’s all there is to it. Just remember that if you don’t get the Black Panther statue as the target right away, you can keep repeating the process until it appears. Then, you can take the opportunity to go after it.

This item has a net worth of approximately $1.9 million in Grand Theft Auto 5 when you select ‘Hard’ as the difficulty.

That’s why it’s one of the most lucrative heist opportunities in the game, so it’s worth going after. You can check out various new additions in the April 8 GTA Online update in our guide.
