There are several different ways to earn money in GTA Online, and one player has revealed a clever technique to make huge passive income extremely quickly.

Grand Theft Auto Online features a variety of different activities for players to engage in, such as gambling at the casino, purchasing expensive vehicles, and causing mayhem across Los Santos.

You’ll have a better experience in the game if you have cash on you, and there are numerous ways to earn money fast in GTA Online. There’s also a quick and easy trick to getting huge passive income in the game.

How to get passive income fast in GTA Online

One Reddit user pointed out in the GTA Online subreddit that purchasing a Nightclub is a great way to earn passive income, claiming that they had already amassed almost 6 million from earnings.

Here’s how you can buy a Nightclub in GTA Online:

  1. Open the internet browser on your in-game phone or access a laptop
  2. Go to foreclosures.maze-bank.com
  3. Select a Nightclub to purchase

While this purchase is initially an expensive investment, you’ll be able to generate a ton of income. You can increase the Nightclub’s popularity by running Club Management missions as a VIP, CEO, or MC President.

Another user pointed out that you’ll get a 10% increase in your Nightclub popularity by switching DJs for $10,000. You can speed this up by registering as a CEO, entering your Nightclub Garage 1, going to the computer icon, and switching DJs from there.

This will let you skip the DJ switching cutscene. As a result, you can achieve 100% popularity in under 20 seconds after spending just $100,000. Purchasing a Nightclub also gets you an underground warehouse where you can sell weapons, products, and cargo for profit.
