The Slamtruck has been added to GTA Online’s huge repertoire of vehicles along with a new Podium Vehicle and plenty of mouthwatering discounts.

It’s been an interesting couple of weeks in the world of GTA. The Cayo Perico expansion continues to deliver new moments and clips for fans to revel in, yet new, supposed details about GTA 6 keep rolling in.

From new GTA 6 patents to strange files in RDR2, GTA Online has taken more of a backseat this week. But that hasn’t deterred Rockstar from delivering another weekly update with exciting new content, and even a new vehicle to buy.

Our usual GTA Online leaker TezFunz2 has been able to get early info on the new update once more.

GTA Online Diamond Casino Lucky Wheel Reward

The Diamond Casino Lucky Wheel has put a free Peyote Custom up for grabs for Lucky Wheel enthusiasts.

Normally costing you a hefty $620,000, you can lowride in style if you’re indeed lucky enough. Here’s the official description of the vehicle:

Once upon a time, in order to get your hands on a real Peyote you had to scope the right neighborhood, try to hotwire it before anyone saw you, lie low for two days, and only go to the mod shop after you’d dug the bullets out of your ass. Now, Benny will personally steal it, change the plates, dig the bullets out of his own ass, supermod it, and tell your friends you did it all yourself. Eligible for customization at Benny’s Original Motor Works.

Destiny 2 has been an extremely popular game for some time now, despite being released back in 2017, but how many people are still playing in 2021? Let’s take a look at the Destiny 2 player count.

Destiny 2 has become a classic for video games, taking the franchise to a new level with the number of players they have had invested since its release in 2017.

Although the game has been around for some time now, the developers continue to support the community and add new content to the game, like the most recent Season of the Lost update and continual hotfixes.

Having said that, what is the Destiny 2 player count in 2021?

Destiny 2 is a free-to-play game available across all platforms, allowing those from PC, Xbox, and PlayStation to all enjoy the game.

The developers continue to support the community, even offering players Prime Gaming rewards to show their appreciation for the players.

Destiny 2 has a vast community, especially since going free-to-play, as it spans across various platforms. According to the website playercounter.com, the Destiny 2 player count was 1,118,036 online players at the time of writing this article.

Furthermore, the website also shows the percentage of the Destiny 2 player count for the top five countries in the world, which you can find below:

  • United States – 26.11%
  • Russia – 10.98%
  • Germany – 6.80%
  • Brazil – 5.93%
  • United Kingdom – 5.56%

According to steamcharts.com, in the last 24 hours, the player count has peaked at 121,339 players on Steam, excluding the other platforms the game is available on.

This is a massive number of players enjoying the game, especially all these years after release.

Hopefully, Bungies continue to support the game and community, as it seems the Destiny 2 player count will continue to be very healthy heading into the future.

Gold cube in Fortnite

Fortnite Season 8 is here with plenty of Cube-themed content for players to tackle. One of the most mysterious new additions is the Fortnite Gold Cube which has begun traveling around the map. Here’s where to find it and where it’s headed.

Fortnite Season 8 Cubed has landed, and it’s brought with it a whole host of new changes to the world-famous battle royale. From another Marvel crossover with Venom and Carnage to an entirely new dimension called The Sideways.

In a throwback to the first season, Epic has also brought back Kevin the Cube, and he isn’t alone this time.

A strange Gold Cube can also be seen rolling around among the numerous alien Cubes populating the map. Here’s everything we know about it so far.

What does the Fortnite Gold Cube do?

The actual purpose of the Gold Cube is currently unknown. When the other purple squares began making their moves, it remained stationary but has since started to travel as well.

This more prestigious Cube will likely play a massive part in the end-of-season event that will take place before Season 9 begins.

As always, we will keep you updated with any fresh news on what role the Fortnite Gold Cube will play.

Fortnite Gold Cube location

The mysterious Fortnite Gold Cube started near Holly Hedges and Weeping Woods before it began its long journey.

At the time of writing, it can be found in between Boney Burbs and Believer Beach, and it is set to head towards Pleasant Park.

As the object now appears to be continuously moving, its location will change drastically throughout Season 8.

It is expected to go past many of the named locations around the outskirts of the map before reaching its final destination.

If the Cube is moving, then where exactly is it going? Well, according to a leak from dataminer HYPEX, the Fortnite Gold Cube – along with every other alien square – is actually heading to the center of the map.

This location has been significant for some time in Epic’s ongoing narrative, especially in the Zero Point storyline that has dominated many of the game’s seasons.

It appears that all of the Cubes, except Blue, which is yet to budge, will all be meeting in the same place eventually.

What happens when all of the Cubes make their way to the middle remains to be seen, but if history is anything to go by, then fans can expect something big when they are reunited.

Halo Infinite budget: How much will the “most expansive” Halo yet cost?

Microsoft’s Halo Infinite is getting closer to its 2021 release date, but is it set to be the most expensive game ever made?

Published

on

Halo Infinite is the next epic sci-fi FPS game from the goliath that is Microsoft. It is has a lot of hype and excitement, but is 343 Industries’ new title set to have the most expensive budget for a video game ever?

Few franchises are guaranteed to create a genuine buzz and garner a ton of coverage, both mainstream and otherwise. Halo is one of them, and the next game in the series – Halo Infinite – could be the biggest one yet.

343 Industries has already said that Halo Infinite will feature open-world elements, another juicy campaign, and that it’s definitely out in 2021.

With the scale of the project and scope of the game’s vision bigger than ever, it’s got many people wondering if Halo Infinite is going to have the biggest budget ever for a video game.

Microsoft has been quite secretive over the game’s purported budget, but the latest rumors suggested that it is reportedly going to be the biggest ever.

Gfinity reported that Xbox Dynasty covered the question back in mid-2020 when they said the budget for Halo Infinite was going to end up in the region of $500 million!

For Halo Infinite, the $500 million figure will take into account salaries, advertising, marketing, testing, delays, licenses, and more.

We should note that the Xbox Dynasty report was rebuked by Frankie, a worker for 343 Industries, and claimed that this budget figure is not accurate.

Many games are now eclipsing $200 and even $300 million dollars for their budgets, so it would not be a surprise if we do get official confirmation that Halo Infinite broke, or was near, the $500 million mark.

As usual with strong rumors like this, we would urge you to take the information with a pinch of salt until Microsoft makes the numbers official.
