The Pegassi Toreador is helpful to GTA Online players who can make use of its submarine mode and rocket booster to get around the map in different ways, but one fan was able to launch into the stratosphere by exploiting a glitch.

You can find a variety of different vehicles in GTA Online, and the Pegassi Toreador is one of the most versatile ones. It comes equipped with weapons and allows you to explore the ocean with its submarine mode.

In addition to all of that, you can also use its powerful rocket booster to propel your vehicle for a second before taking some time to re-charge. However, one player was able to exploit a glitch that allowed them to send the vehicle flying high.

GTA Online Toreador Glitch

Reddit user NuclearJesusMan shared a video of this glitch on the GTA Online subreddit. He mentioned that he was airborne for over four minutes. “According to my stats, that was over two miles long (13,855.49 feet) and 1,464.81 feet high,” he wrote.

While the exact cause of this glitch is unknown, the player had his own theories about how this all went down. “What I think happened is, for some reason, when I boosted up with that submerged rock, the game never registered that I left the water.”

He believes that the game believed that he was still submerged, so it kept recharging his boost. This allowed him to keep propelling the vehicle further and higher.

Another player then added that this bug is easy to replicate since it happens if a player leaves the Kosatka submarine in the Toreador in submersible mode. Apparently, there is a ton of evidence supporting this, so now we know how it works.

This glitch can be particularly useful for getting yourself out of an ambush, or for making your way across the map quickly. While the Pegassi Toreador is extremely expensive, it’s well worth the cost due to the possibilities it opens up for fun.
