How to play Marvel Rivals Closed Beta – End date, platforms & content

Marvel Rivals Closed Beta end date & time
The Marvel Rivals beta kicked off on July 23 and will end on August 5 at 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET / 8 AM BST. This means that players will have access to Marvel Rivals for almost two weeks.
How to get Beta code for Marvel Rivals
The Marvel Rivals Closed Beta has started, but you can still get a chance to play before it ends on August 5 by getting a Marvel Rivals Beta code. There are three main ways to get one right now:
- Any player who is already in the Marvel Rivals Beta and reaches level 6 can claim a code in-game to give to a friend.
- If you watch an hour’s worth of Marvel Rivals on Twitch streams while drops are enabled, you should be granted a single key on a platform of your choice until July 31.
- Join the Discord, as there have been some community challenges that award Beta keys.
It’s important to note that the pools of codes and keys are refilled every day at 12 AM UTC / 5 PM PDT / 8 PM EDT. So, if your friend didn’t manage to get a key for you today, there’s always a chance to try again tomorrow.
How to activate Marvel Rivals beta code
Steam
- Open Steam.
- Select Games on the top bar.
- Click the “Activate a Product” option.
- Enter your Marvel Rivals Closed Beta access code.
- Follow the instructions to install.
PlayStation 5
- Head to the PlayStation Store.
- Select the three dots in the top right of the screen.
- In the drop-down menu, select Redeem Code.
- Enter the Marvel Rivals Closed Beta access code.
- Download the game.
Xbox Series X|S
- Press the Xbox icon on your controller.
- Go to the Store.
- Select Redeem and then enter your Marvel Rivals Closed Beta code.
- Select check the code.
- Follow the instructions to install Marvel Rivals.

Platforms
The Marvel Rivals Closed Beta is available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. These are the only platforms the game will be on at launch too.
PS5 players who participate in the Closed Beta will be able to grab an exclusive Scarlet Spider skin for Spider-Man.
Is there crossplay in Marvel Rivals beta?
Marvel Rivals supports full crossplay between all the available platforms. This means that those on console can party up and play with those on PC.
That said, the competitive mode in Marvel rivals does not allow PC players to match with console users.
