Halo has always been a console shooter, but Halo Infinite is “built for PC.” Of course, the game will release on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, but 343 Industries describe it as “the best Halo experience on PC to date.”

The PC edition will have advanced graphics settings and ultrawide/superwide support, but you’ll need a rig that can handle the game. Thanks to the Steam listing, we have everything you need to know.

Fortunately, you don’t need to have a top-of-the-line powerhouse to run Halo Infinite.

343 Industries have listed the GTX 1050 ti as the weakest Nvidia card that will run the game. Players also only need a respectable 8 GB of RAM and 2013’s Intel i5-4440 to run the game on low settings.

  • OS: Windows 10 RS3 x64
  • Processor: AMD FX-8370 or Intel i5-4440
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: AMD RX 570 or Nvidia GTX 1050 ti
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 50 GB available

Even though Halo Infinite will run on the previous-gen Xbox One, 343 Industries recommend that players have a beefy rig.

Players should have at least an Intel i7-9700k CPU, 16 GB of RAM, and an RTX 2070 to run the game with good visuals and a high FPS.

  • OS: Windows 10 19H2 x64
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or Intel i7-9700k
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Radeon RX 5700 XT or Nvidia RTX 2070
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 50 GB available

This listing also confirms that Halo Infinite will take up 50 GB of space. However, the game is expected to grow as Forge and co-op modes are added in 2022.
