Halo Infinite Ranked

Halo Infinite’s multiplayer is here, and fearless players are jumping straight into the Ranked modes. If you’re wondering how the Ranked system works in the new era of Halo, we’ve broken it all down for you right here.

343 Industries shocked everyone when they dropped Season 1 of Halo Infinite multiplayer early, and let fans experience the next generation of Halo sooner than expected.

Since then, old and new players alike have been whipping out their Energy Swords and dropping into the new maps and modes for the first time.

But if the standard multiplayer experience isn’t tough enough for you, you might want to try out the more competitive modes instead. Here’s how the Ranked system works in Halo Infinite multiplayer.

Halo Infinite multiplayer Ranks

343 Industries have overhauled the system from Halo 5, where are five Ranks you can achieve in Halo Infinite multiplayer, determined by your performance across Ranked Arena matches.

Each rank, with the exception of the final one, has six sub-ranks from I to VI – so it won’t be easy to climb to the top.

Here’s every Rank in Halo Infinite multiplayer:

  • Bronze: I – VI
  • Silver: I – VI
  • Gold: I – VI
  • Platinum: I – VI
  • Diamond: I – VI
  • Onyx

Players must complete 10 placement matches in Ranked Arena first before receiving their starter rank. As you continue to battle against players of similar skill, you gradually move up or down the standings.

Halo Infinite Ranked Arena matches: Modes & rules

Ranked Arena is the most competitive part of Halo Infinite’s multiplayer, pitting the most hardcore of players against each other. It’s no surprise, then, that Ranked matches are particularly brutal tests of skill.

All Ranked Arena games take place in the same four modes, these are:

  • Slayer
  • Capture the Flag
  • Oddball
  • Strongholds

These modes will be familiar to Halo players, but they do come with a few tweaks to make them more challenging.

Ranked Arena rules

Ranked matches essentially strip the player of most of the helpful features they can rely on in standard multiplayer and forces them to use nothing but their own reflexes and skill.

These are the rules for every match of Ranked Arena:

  • Players start with just a Battle Rifle
  • Combat Sensors are disabled at all times
  • Grenade markers are turned off
  • Static item spawns are on
  • Friendly fire is on

All progress in the Halo Infinite Season 1 beta carries over when the full game launches on December 8. So, don’t be shy about dropping into Ranked Arena and working towards Onyx.

How to complete Fortnite Rail Gun Recon Quests: Challenges & Guide

Here’s how you can use the Rail Gun and Recon Scanner to complete the Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 2 Rail Gun Recon Quests.

Published

on

You can tackle the Rail Gun Recon Quests in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2, and this handy guide will go over how to get these done as quickly as possible.

Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 2 brought a ton of different Quests for players to complete for bonus XP and other rewards, including Weekly challenges, as well as the Sideways Showdown Week Quests.

Now, Epic Games have temporarily unvaulted the Rail Gun and Recon Scanner as part of the Rail Gun Recon Quests that are available for a week. We’ll go over everything that you need to know.

How to complete Rail Gun Recon Quests in Fortnite

There are 9 different Rail Gun Recon Quests that you can complete in Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 2, consisting of tasks like dealing damage with the Rail Gun and marking enemies with the Recon Scanner.

Here are all of the Rail Gun Recon Quests in Fortnite:

  • Deal damage from 50 or more meters with the Rail Gun (500)
  • Deal damage to an opponent within 30 seconds of scanning them (500)
  • Deal damage to opponents with the Rail Gun (500)
  • Deal damage to opponents with the Rail Gun (2500)
  • Deal damage to opponents with the Rail Gun (10000)
  • Get a headshot with the Rail Gun (1)
  • Mark enemy players using the Recon Scanner (5)
  • Mark enemy players using the Recon Scanner (25)
  • Mark enemy players using the Recon Scanner (100)

You can find both the Rail Gun and a Recon Scanner as floor loot or inside Chests. Since these are high-rarity items, we recommend visiting the best Fortnite landing spots if you want to acquire them quickly.

Once you’ve found both of these items, you can use the Rail Gun to damage your opponents by simply firing at them. However, this weapon can take some time to recharge, so be sure to find cover to hide behind.

You can use the Rail Gun to deal damage from 50 meters or more by placing a ping marker on the ground to check how much distance there is between you and your enemy. If the marker shows that you’re too close, you can just step back.

In order to use the Recon Scanner, you’ll need to aim it at the ground before firing. This will mark all nearby enemies, so we recommend doing it in a location with a high number of players during the match.

Be sure to use the Rail Gun to dish out damage within 30 seconds of marking enemies with the Recon Scanner in order to complete one of the objectives. These Quests are easy to complete, and you should be able to get them done in a single match.

Packs are the lifeblood of FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, and it’s the constant lure of pulling one of the game’s top-rated superstars that keeps millions of fans coming back every day.

Usually, earning packs requires plenty of effort from the player, whether it’s grinding out wins on Division Rivals or taking on Squad Battles offline.

With the Twitch Prime Gaming pack, fans have the chance to earn rewards for absolutely free, and here’s how you can do it.

What are FIFA 22 Twitch Prime Gaming packs?

Twitch Prime Gaming packs are free rewards offered to any FIFA 22 Ultimate Team player with a Twitch account and a valid Amazon Prime Membership.

Players who have subscribed to Amazon Prime automatically have access to Prime Gaming, meaning they qualify for Twitch Prime Gaming packs.

EA has teamed up with the two giant companies to offer players rewards throughout the year, in the form of free packs, containing untradeable cards and player picks.

The rewards are dropped monthly throughout the season, so be sure to keep an eye on EA’s social media for the latest releases.

How to claim FIFA 22 Twitch Prime Gaming packs

In order to claim your free Twitch Prime Gaming pack, you must link all three of your accounts together.

It’s worth noting that if you have an Amazon Prime Membership but no Twitch account, you can create one for the purpose of these rewards.

You can find our guide on how to do this below:

  1. Head over to the Prime Gaming website and link your Twitch account to your Prime Gaming account
  2. Follow the prompts to also link your EA and Twitch accounts
  3. Make sure the EA account you link is the one attached to your FIFA 22 Ultimate Team on your main platform

What’s included in Twitch Prime Gaming Pack #8

The eighth of the Prime Gaming packs in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team has yet to drop, which has bewildered Ultimate Team players. Usually, the pack drops between the 15 and 19, but as of May 24, there is still no sign of it. Rumors suggest that the pack will be arriving on May 25, so players won’t have to wait much longer.

Among the untradeable rewards, there are a handful of rare gold players and player picks, as is customary. However, leaks claim that the loan player available this time will be a valuable Prime Icon on a five-game loan.

  • 7 Rare Gold Players
  • Prime Icon (five-game loan)
  • 2x 82+ Player picks
  • 12 Rare Consumables

That was how you can claim your Twitch Prime Gaming packs in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team.
