After months of speculation, it has finally been confirmed by 343 Industries that Halo Infinite will launch on December 8, 2021. Fans are now scouring their favorite stores looking for the right edition or bundle to buy, and we’ve got all the Halo Infinite Editions details here.

Halo Infinite is one of 2021’s most anticipated releases, with fans eager to get a hold of the first game in the series since 2015. Now that the December 8 release date was officially confirmed at Gamescom, attention can turn to which version of the game is the right one to pick up.

Like most modern video game releases, there’s a handful of special editions and bundles to be aware of before making a choice. We’ve got everything you need to know right here.

It’s worth noting that Halo Infinite is launching without Forge and Co-op Campaign, but both will be added at a later date no matter which version you go for.

With this in mind, here is everything you need to know about all of the Halo Infinite Editions and the Xbox Series X Bundle.

Halo Infinite Editions

Halo Infinite Standard Edition

The is the base version of the game costing $60. At launch, it contains:

  • Singleplayer Campaign
  • Multiplayer complete with all maps and modes

The Battle Pass will also become available after release, although there are no details on how much extra this will cost.

Forge and Co-op Campaign will not be included on release day but will come in a later update.

Halo Infinite Standard Edition

Halo Infinite Collector’s Steelbook Edition

This version, also priced at £60, comes with everything included in the Standard Edition, as well as the following extras:

  • Rounded steelbook case
  • The case features the Halo Infinite cover art on the front

Currently, this edition is exclusive to Target in the US but is available elsewhere in other territories.

Halo Infinite Xbox Series X Limited Edition Bundle

This limited edition Xbox Series X console bundle will release on November 15 at $550. Preorders are live now, but they are said to be selling quickly, so fans are advised to act fast if they want to secure one.

The bundle includes:

  • A grey and black Halo Infinite themed Xbox Series X console
  • A matching Xbox Wireless Controller
  • The digital version of Halo Infinite ready to be unlocked on Decmeber 8

A Halo Infinite Elite Series 2 Controller is also available for $200, but these sold out within minutes of going up for preorder. More stock should be coming soon.
