Hardcore modes reportedly won’t be available in Black Ops 4 at launch – UPDATE
UPDATE: Vahn has clarified that he meant Hardcore is not in Blackout, not regular MP.

Vahn has shared on Twitter that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 does not have Hardcore modes available as of now.
Hardcore MP modes features a twist on the standard set with no HUD, faster health depletion, friendly fire on, and more. Hardcore is not the most popular mode set in Call of Duty MP but does have a dedicated group of players.
Vahn has stated, after a fan asked about Hardcore in Black Ops 4, that the modes are ‘not yet’ available in the game suggesting it’s not going to be there for launch.

There’s no information yet on why there is not Hardcore modes in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 or when they will become available.
