A Warzone squad had to watch as their hard-earned loadout disappeared into Rebirth Island’s map thanks to an amusing glitch.

Call of Duty: Warzone players know the buzz of realizing you have enough for a loadout and making their way to the nearest Buy Station. Having the best Warzone weapons is a vital part of the battle royale process.

Getting your hands on your favorite weapons will inevitably increase your chances of winning, and it’s why teams scavenge as quickly as they can at the start of a game.

This is why it’s doubly painful for one squad in Warzone Season 5 who were ready to receive their loadout, and were subjected to disaster instead.

In a post titled, “Note to self: don’t throw loadout on any staircase…,” you get an idea very quickly as to why Reddit user MotivationalSleeping may have had a less-than-ideal experience with Warzone.

In their video, we saw the player purchase a loadout marker for the usual $7,500 in Resurgence and proceed to toss it towards a wall near them.

Eventually, the loadout arrived, only, things didn’t go according to plan. The player stood there and watched as the loadout awkwardly squirmed its way through some stairs and disappeared from sight.

After a frantic search to see if it had popped out anywhere, the players realized the investigation was futile, and the OP said about the scenario: “Unfortunately Xbox doesn’t pick up voice comms when I record… Just know there was a lot of swearing.”

It’s understandable as to why the player would be frustrated and should serve as a warning to anyone throwing loadouts near stairs!
