The version 1.4 update of Honkai Star Rail is finally here with a new Trailblaze Mission, powerful five-star characters, and exciting events. Now that PlayStation 5 players joined the action, a new special event introduced new mechanics to keep the experience exciting and fresh for experts and newcomers alike.

Honkai Star Rail Aetherium Wars start & end date
The Honkai Star Rail Aetherium Wars event began on October 11 and will run until November 13, 2023. This means players have a whole month to reap all rewards.
You’ll need to complete the Future Market Part 2 Trailblaze Continuance Mission to join the Aetherium Wars event in Honkai Star Rail. This quest arrived with the 1.4 update, meaning you’ll need to be up to date with the game’s main story to be able to participate. This can be quite difficult for players that just started their adventure on PlayStation 5.
How to play Aetherium Wars in Honkai Star Rail
The Aetherium Wars event in Honkai Star Rail introduces players to a special online game that has many similarities with the world of Pokemon. All you need to do is start the Let’s Go! Aetherium Wars! Adventure Mission and explore the different Victory Zones available on each stage.
Victory Zones contain Aetherium Spirits you need to defeat and collect, as well as different kinds of puzzles and other contenders. Aetherium Spirits come in different “types,” and creating the perfect, balanced team will be the key to victory. You can face other characters in Hyperlink and Exhibition Matches that also work like Pokemon Gym battles.
After you clear the different Victory Zones in known locations around the Interastral map and collect all Aetherium Spirits, you’ll unlock the Final Showdown! Intergalactic Celebration! Adventure Mission. This quest will task you to battle other powerful characters like Guinaifen and Topaz to become the ultimate Champion.
If you defeat all opponents and become the Champion of the Aetherium Wars Festival, you’ll get the chance to invite one 4-Star Belobog character: Serval, Pela, Luka, or Hook.
