For example, Regret of Infinite Ochema can only be obtained by defeating the boss Phantylia the Undying and the Echo of War located at Scalegorge Waterscape. Tracks of Destiny, on the other hand, are usually available as event rewards, so keep that in mind when stocking up on materials.
