How to climb to the top of Array in Warzone’s Verdansk ’84

Array, one of Verdansk ’84’s most scenic spots, is actually possible to fully ascend thanks to a new parkour method discovered in Season 3.

The stunning backdrop of Array in Verdansk ’84 is no longer just an eye-pleasing spectacle as players can actually climb to the top, providing a top vantage point in Warzone Season 3.

Verdansk ’84 has made a few key differences that have helped it stand out over its previous form that is gone forever. Aside from Standoff, Summit, and other locations, Verdansk ’84 also has Array towering over the map.

The enormous Array is viewable from every corner of the map and it’s an incredible landmark in Verdansk ’84. However, it’s a landmark no more as players can actually grab some gear, and climb to the top of it.

YouTuber Thats_Frosty originally posted the method to their channel and it shows off a great, but risky, way of ensuring you can get to the very top of Array.

We say this is risky because you’ll potentially leave yourself exposed whilst attempting this, and if you fail, you’ll also be wasting some valuable time that could be better spent gathering supplies, cash, and UAVs.

In Thats_Frosty’s video, he begins by rappelling up Array and arriving in the usual spot to hop off. It then starts to become tricky very quickly.

From this point on, you’re required to perform a series of difficult jumps and maneuvers to slowly climb up. Some of the jumps need you to basically jump sideways and press the required button to climb back onto the narrow rail.

Check out the full video to see where you need to go and what to do.

Let it be said that this is not easy to pull off, and the difficulty means you probably won’t be able to do this every time.

If you are able to pull off this precise feat of movement manipulation, then you’ll be rewarded with not only the best view of Verdansk ’84 imaginable, but if you have a long-range weapon such as the Kar98k or HDR, then you have the perfect sniper’s nest.

JGOD explains why Warzone’s Operation Monarch event “flopped”

Call of Duty expert JGOD has revealed why Warzone Pacific Season 3’s King Kong vs Godzilla event has been a “flop.”

Published

Warzone’s Operation Monarch brought King Kong and Godzilla to Caldera, and Call of Duty expert JGOD has explained why fans aren’t sold on the event.

The arrival of King Kong and Godzilla in Caldera shook things up in Warzone Pacific Season 3, with players gaining access to brand-new content like the S.C.R.E.A.M. Device killstreak and Operation Monarch LTM.

However, the event has received criticism from the Warzone community, with popular streamers like Dr Disrespect and NICKMERCS roasting it on social media. Now, Warzone expert JGOD has revealed why Operation Monarch could potentially hurt the game.

JGOD discussed Warzone’s Operation Monarch and why he believes the event “flopped,” criticizing the fact that the King Kong and Godzilla don’t interact with each other on Caldera.

The Warzone expert stated: “They don’t interact in any way, and a lot of times that they’re not even close enough where you could use one’s ability on the other.” He then suggested a few ways this problem could have been solved.

JGOD said: “I feel like there should have been choreographed fighting elements where maybe they come together, hit each other, but they don’t have a victor, and then maybe after you get a win, there would be a series of four different cutscenes.”

If players won matches, they could see Godzilla smacking King Kong and vice versa, a draw, or even MechaGodzilla showing up. This would incentivize fans to play well so that they could see the different cutscenes.

JGOD also compared Operation Monarch to Fortnite’s live events, arguing that Raven Software should have done something similar by making sure that players don’t have to battle each other.

He stated: “Basically, there’s no interaction between players in terms of being able to shoot each other, and you just participate in the event. I think a lot of people would have preferred just to have that event.”

The Call of Duty expert claimed that this would be a great way to get more people to join Warzone, as casual players wouldn’t have to worry about being shot down by enemies during the event.

JGOD pointed out the benefit of being able to level up weapons fast in Operation Monarch but claimed that the event was a “flop” because most of the Warzone community feels that the marketing didn’t match the end result.

As with Warzone’s other live events, Operation Monarch will remain available in Warzone Pacific Season 3 for a limited time.

Vanguard and Warzone players have been loving the Kong, Godzilla, and Mechagodzilla skins and bundles, but there’s one more Operation Monarch cosmetic for players to unlock — the Apex Phase Rifle Blueprint.

Although announced alongside the Season 3 Battle Pass, the devs didn’t reveal which gun it would be for, nor what it looked like. Now, thanks to an email sent out by Activision, we know that the Apex Phase Rifle Blueprint is for the Owen Gun, which is arguably one of the best SMGs in Warzone.

The Owen Gun Blueprint isn’t a straightforward unlock and you’ll need to put down a hefty amount of CoD Points, so here’s how to get your hands on it in Warzone and Vanguard.

How to get Apex Phase Rifle Owen Gun Blueprint in Warzone & Vanguard

Unlocking Warzone‘s Apex Phase Rifle Owen Gun Blueprint is unique in that you need to purchase all three of the Kong, Godzilla, and Mechagodzilla bundles.

Even though Operation Monarch ends on May 25, you’ll have until June 16 to purchase all three bundles and claim the Apex Phase Rifle.

How much is the Apex Phase Rifle Owen Gun Blueprint?

As players need to purchase all three of the Godzilla vs Kong bundles, the Apex Phase Rifle Owen Gun Blueprint will cost a whopping 7,200 CoD Points or $74.99 / £69.99.

Of course, you’re not just paying for the Blueprint itself, you’ll also get the Kong, Godzilla, and Mechagodzilla bundles with all of their cosmetics. Plus, for buying two out of the three bundles, you’ll get the exclusive “Godzilla vs. Kong” Weapon Sticker and the “Superspecies” Player Title.

When does Apex Phase Rifle Owen Gun Blueprint unlock?

Don’t worry if the Apex Phase Rifle Owen Gun Blueprint hasn’t appeared in your account yet, as it won’t become available until Vanguard & Warzone Season 3 Reloaded.

Although no official release date has been confirmed, we expect Vanguard & Warzone Season 3 Reloaded to go live on Wednesday, May 25. This update is also set to bring the H4 Blixen SMG and the Serpentine Perk to Warzone, as well as Vanguard’s Sphere map.

Warzone’s demon gun glitch is back with a vengeance in Season 3

Warzone’s infamous demon gun glitch has returned to ruin games for players in Season 3, and this time it’s back with a vengeance.

Published

on

Warzone’s demon gun glitch is making a return in Season 3, and players will have to contend with one of the worst iterations of the glitch we’ve seen to date.

Longtime Warzone players will be familiar with Warzone’s demon gun glitch as it never fails to pop up from time to time. The glitch occurs randomly and affects players’ visibility by blocking their screens with monstrous textures.

While the demon gun glitch has been dormant for a while, it has now reemerged with a vengeance in Warzone Season 3. Players will be hoping to avoid this iteration of the demon gun glitch as a strange twist makes it different than the traditional version.

The demon gun glitch has always been one of the most game-breaking glitches that players can encounter. When it occurs, players are helpless and cannot get rid of the visual glitch, and you’re basically stuck with it until you die.

Having the majority of your screen obscured by massive blocks of broken textures means that your match is likely over before it even begins. We’ve seen moments where players blind fire and luckily come out with a kill, but the majority of gamers suffer helpless Warzone deaths.

This time, a video posted to the Warzone subreddit by OowlwoO proves that the demon gun glitch is back and breaking the game in Season 3.

The player is simply attempting to grab a custom loadout, but it all goes wrong as a different version of the demon gun glitch appears. This time the visual glitch doesn’t appear on the player’s weapon.

It seems like the visual glitch is surrounding an enemy player in a “blob” of broken textures. To make matters worse, when the player in the clip is downed, their game crashes and they are booted back to the Warzone menu. If the glitch is kicking players from games, this is quite the troublesome version that players will have to deal with.

Players in the comments explained that this iteration seems to be a version of the demon gun glitch that affects the player model instead of weapons, “He didn’t render correctly, this used to be fairly common its similar to the gun render issue, our squad used to get this same thing, you just gotta shoot the middle of it and hope it dies.”
