We’re not too far into Bungie’s latest Destiny 2 chapter, Season of the Lost, and they have released a chunky Hotfix to improve it. Here are the full details of the 3.3.0.2 Hotfix for Destiny 2.

Destiny 2 Season 15’s Season of the Lost is quite a monumental step forward for the game in many ways. The long-awaited The Witch Queen expansion is just around the corner, with Season of the Lost setting players up for it, and Destiny 2 finally has crossplay.

But the progress doesn’t stop there though, as Bungie is always doing its utmost to ensure that Destiny 2 is free of bugs and problems. This is why the new 3.3.0.2 Hotfix looks to improve things by addressing some lingering issues and make some quality of life changes.

The update is available now, and here is the full extent of the Destiny 2 Season of the Lost 3.3.0.2 update and patch notes.

  • Fixed an issue where Windows 7 users were unable to launch the game due to some incompatible *.dll files.

LOCALIZATION

  • Fixed an issue with Japanese translations of a few lore entries.
  • Fixed an issue where several languages did not have a description for the Seasonal artifact.

GENERAL

  • Fixed an issue where the Xunyou offer was not rewarding the correct items.
  • Fixed an issue where the Warlock’s Nova Warp wouldn’t Blink if Hold Sprint was active.
  • Fixed an issue where the barriers surrounding the Scorch Cannons in the Fallen Walker public event repelled anything that came near them.
  • Increased the score target for Iron Banner Control from 125 to 150 (matching base Control).
  • Adjusted the Iron Banner Mercy thresholds to reduce the number of games that end shortly before they reach the score target.

There are clearly plenty of improvements headed to Destiny 2 Season of the Lost, so it should make for a cleaner experience going forward.

Ager’s Scepter in Destiny 2

Destiny 2’s Season of the Lost has added a new Exotic Weapon called Ager’s Scepter, and here’s everything you need to know about it, including how to unlock it.

Destiny 2 has a wide assortment of powerful weapons that you can take with you into battle, and Season of the Lost has added some new and veteran ones like the Lorentz Drive exotic and Darkest Below.

Ager’s Scepter is an Exotic Weapon that was featured prominently in the Season 15 reveal trailer, and you can now unlock it in the game. This guide will help you get your hands on this Exotic trace rifle.

Getting this Destiny 2 weapon isn’t going to be easy, since you’ll need to complete a few quests first. First, you need to get through the intro quest to Season 15, Wayfinder’s Voyage.

This requires you to find Osiris before you work with Mara Sov and Petra Venj. You’ll have to do a lot of traveling through the H.E.L.M, as well as to Trostland, the Shattered Realm, and The Tower.

After you’ve spoken with Ikora Rey and completed the quest, you can accept Tracing the Stars from the Wayfinder’s Compass in the H.E.L.M.

Astral Skew in Destiny 2

These weekly quests require you to collect objects known as Skews from different parts of the Dreaming City. These can be particularly tricky to find as they are spread out all over the city.

Here’s a breakdown of each week’s quest:

  1. Week One: Divalian Mists/Spine of Keres
  2. Week Two: The Strand/Aphelion’s Rest
  3. Week Three: Rheasilvia/Harbinger’s Seclude
  4. Week Four: Confluence/Harbinger/Gardens of Esila

The Caliburn Gatehouse in Destiny 2

A Hollow Coronation is much easier to complete than the previous quest. This tasks you with depositing the Astral Skews that you collected while completing Tracing the Stars.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Head back to the H.E.L.M
  2. Travel through the same gate that you previously used to get to Mara Sov’s chambers
  3. Once you arrive at Caliburn Gatehouse, deposit the Astral Skews
  4. Head back through the portal to collect your reward at the Wayfinder’s Compass.

In order to collect the Scepter, you’ll also have to complete some Astral Alignments, Strikes, and get Mara Sov to craft a Noble Seal for you. Once that’s done, you can finally claim Ager’s Scepter.
