How to complete FIFA 22 Barnes & Götze Showdown SBC
As the Conference League clash between Leicester City and PSV approaches, FIFA 22 players will have the opportunity to complete the Barnes and Götze Showdown Series SBC.
The brand-new Showdown Series promo is continuously delivering Showdown SBCs until the promo comes to an end on April 8. There have been some impressive additions so far and the Barnes and Götze SBC is yet another great inclusion.
The Conference League match between Leicester City and PSV will take place on April 7 and the result will lead to in-game upgrades for one or both of Barnes and Götze.

FIFA 22 Showdown Barnes stats
Barnes is far from an elite option at this stage in the game but given the affordable cost of his SBC, as well as the potential for an upgrade, the wide player is still worth completing. His Pace and Dribbling are already fantastic and with an upgrade, his Shooting will also enter the 90s.
Given his nationality and club association, Barnes is easy enough to fit into most Ultimate Team squads. Barnes’ major weakness is without a doubt his disappointing 3* skill moves, as most top players prefer at least 4* when it comes to their wide players.
FIFA 22 Showdown Götze stats
Much like Barnes, Götze is slightly underwhelming but with a potential upgrade, the midfielder can prove to be a fearsome option. His Shooting is surprisingly adequate with 99 Volleys, 87 Finishing, and 92 Positioning.
Of course, it’s the range of Passing and Dribbling that Götze is known for which will attract players to this card. 4* skill moves and weak foot are great assets for a midfielder and if you don’t use Eredivisie players you can always use him as a super sub.

To complete this SBC players will need to give up two squads: England and Premier League. Costing around 73,000 coins, Barnes’ FIFA 22 SBC should be accessible to the majority of Ultimate Team players.

The Barnes and Götze Showdown SBCs are available until April 7 (10 AM PDT / 1 PM EDT / 6 PM GMT / 7 PM CET) before Leicester vs PSV begins.

As unique as they may be, Eredivisie squads should have no problem slotting Götze into their teams. While Harvey Barnes could appeal to Ultimate Team players considering Leicester are the favorites to win at home.
Given how both players are extremely affordable, completing these SBCs will add a low-risk high-reward option to most squads. They’re also excellent first owned players which will help with completing various Objectives down the line.
