How to complete FIFA 22 Player Moments Ilkay Gundogan SBC
Ilkay Gundogan is looking like a great option in the midfield, and FUT players are going to want to complete his FIFA 22 Player Moments SBC.

Manchester City’s Ilkay Gundogan is the latest player to receive a Player Moments SBC in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team. Here’s everything you need to know including stats and how to complete Gundogan’s Player Moments SBC.
Player Moments cards have been somewhat of a disappointment in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team but this Ilkay Gundogan SBC can potentially break that trend.
Luckily, Gundogan is easy to link to squads thanks to his Manchester City allegiance and German nationality. Although this SBC is a touch overpriced, players looking for a quick dribbling central midfielder will want to give him a try.
Players will be required to submit four squads to get their hands on this German maestro, and we’ve got the cheapest solution to give you a hand.
FIFA 22 Player Moments Gundogan stats
Gundogan’s two biggest assets are without a doubt his passing and dribbling which will allow you to breeze past defenders if used correctly. Gundogan is for the player that prefers a slow and methodic approach to Ultimate Team gameplay.
Unfortunately, his pace is a glaring weakness in the current Ultimate Team meta. Even central midfielders are now expected to boast a ton of pace and Gundogan simply does not have that quality.
Cheapest way to complete Player Moments Gundogan SBC
To complete this SBC players will need to give up four squads: Tactical Emulation, Germany, Premier League, and 88-Rated Squad. With a value of around 600,000 coins, Gundogan is certainly overpriced but those desperate for a new midfielder should not find it hard to invest fodder into this FIFA 22 SBC.
You can check out the cheapest solutions below.
Tactical Emulation requirements
- # of players from Manchester City: minimum 1
- Squad Rating: minimum 84
- Team Chemistry: minimum 80
Tactical Emulation solution – Cost: 40,000

The Gundogan Player Moments SBC is available until January 21, so make sure to get working on this challenge as soon as possible. Market value is expected to rise in the coming days as anticipation for TOTY builds but Gundogan is still a solid choice for players who have an abundance of fodder.

FIFA 22 Team of the Season explained
Team of the Season is the longest-lasting Ultimate Team promo of the year. The promo begins by highlighting two leagues at a time. Each week new leagues will be the focus of Ultimate Team players as valuable cards get added to packs.
The leagues in the spotlight remain in packs for a week until they’re replaced by the following leagues. However, the final squad in packs is expected to be the “Ultimate TOTS” which combines the best players from each of the previously released TOTS squads.
As you may have already noticed, some major squads are decided by fan vote, while others are chosen by EA.
FIFA 22 TOTS player predictions
In this section, we’ll reveal five players from each of Europe’s top five leagues that we believe should be included in the TOTS promo for their leagues. Although there will be plenty of squads up for grabs, we’ll focus on highlighting the potential players from Europe’s elite.

Is FIFA 22 cross-platform? Current cross-play status
Many players enjoy FIFA 22 with their friends, but does this year’s game support crossplay? We’ve got all the details right here.
FIFA 22 has a wide variety of modes that can be enjoyed with friends, such as Ultimate Team or Pro Clubs, but what about those playing on separate platforms? We’ve got all the details on FIFA 22 crossplay right here.
FIFA 22 has no shortage of features to tackle, whether you’re taking a lower-league club to European glory in Career Mode, or assembling the perfect squad in Ultimate Team. However, there’s no doubt that taking to the pitch with friends takes the game to new heights.
The likes of Online Seasons or Pro Clubs give players even more ways to play together, but many will be wondering if it’s possible to use crossplay to draft in friends from different platforms.
With this in mind, here is everything you need to know about FIFA 22 crossplay.
Does FIFA 22 have crossplay?
Unfortunately, at the time of writing, there is no option for crossplay in FIFA 22. This means that matches with or against friends, or found with online matchmaking, can only occur with those playing on the exact same platform as you.
This also applies cross-gen, so PS4 players can’t get into the same match as anyone on PS5, and Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X users can’t join a game.
Will FIFA 22 get crossplay in the future?
The good news is that EA have confirmed they will be carrying out a crossplay test before the end of FIFA 22’s lifecycle. They didn’t announce an exact start date, but players should keep an eye out for more information in-game.
There are a couple of caveats, however, as this proposed test will only be conducted between players on next-gen consoles, so PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. It will also only be supported in Online Friendlies and Online Seasons, meaning Pro Clubs will still be limited by platform.
While it isn’t confirmed, it’s highly likely that by testing waters in FIFA 22, EA are gearing up for greater crossplay support in FIFA 23, and are currently looking to make sure that they have the correct infrastructure.
