The latest batch of weekly challenges for Fortnite has been revealed, so here’s everything you need to do for Season 6’s Week 7 Quests.
Fortnite offers weekly challenges so players can earn a ton of XP towards completing the Season 6 Battle Pass. These have included trying out the new crafting mechanics and visit locations around the updated map.
Here’s every Quest for Fortnite Season 6 Week 7, and some top tips to help you complete them quickly.
Fortnite Season 6 Week 7 Quests
Week 7’s challenges will release on April 29 at 9AM ET / 2PM BST, but thanks to leaker iFireMonkey, we can see the Quests early.
Here’s the full list of Fortnite Chapter 2’s Season 6 Week 7 Quests:
- Makeshift weapon elimination (1)
- Primal weapon elimination (1)
- Mechanical weapon elimination (1)
- Mark weapons of different rarity (1)
- Collect meat or peppers (5)
- Consume Foraged items (3)
- Hunt Raptors (2)
Luckily, Week 7’s challenges are easy to complete, as most of the Quests will be completed naturally, and there are ways you can speed your progress up.
We recommend you queue into Team Rumble and use each weapon type until you get an elimination with them. Hunting Raptors and collecting meat can be completed together, as a dead Raptor will drop meat for you to pick up.
Also, keep an eye out for Nom boxes on the map – these can be found all over, particularly in Gas Stations and Restaurants. These will drop Foraged items, so eat three of the dropped items to complete that part of the Quest.

There is also a Legendary Quest for you to complete in Week 7 to earn a ton of extra XP. For this, you’ll have to deal 12,500 damage to opponents, with XP being rewarded for every 2500 damage dealt.
Again, the easiest way to complete this Legendary Quests is to hop into Team Rumble where you’ll get into lots of fights per match and the competition is generally less tough.
And that’s it for Week 7! Epic Games recently added the Unstable Bow, so you can follow our guide on how to get your hands on this new Exotic weapon.

What is an average K/D ratio in Fortnite?
Are you not wondering if your KD in Fortnite is above or below average? Let’s take a look at what you should be comparing it to when deciding.
Knowing what an average KD ratio is in Fortnite will help you discover where you stack up against other players in the popular battle royale game.
This is especially the case for Fortnite, as having an above-average KD can show you have great skill, while a below-average one may show that you need to work on your game if you are looking to be a more talented player.
The average Fortnite KD is what you will want to look at when deciding whether or not you are ahead of the pack, behind it, or right in the middle with the majority of players.
Average Fortnite KD
Players will find that the average Fortnite KD is 1.00, as this is one kill for every death they have. This 1.00 figure means that players with a ratio lower than this are considered to be below-average, and players with a higher number than 1.00 are considered to be above-average.
However, as with many things in life, various circumstances can affect the overall picture of this. Deaths not caused by other players count towards your KD, which means that dying by falling off of a cliff or by your own explosive weapon will count towards your overall KD. So, you may have a tad less than a 1.00, but it’s not necessarily because you lost to enemy players constantly, so do not fret as much.
On the flip side, having a number over 1.00 means you get more kills than deaths, which is always helpful for getting a Victory Royale in the popular game.
A 1.5 to 2.0 are excellent ratios to have. At the same time, numbers way above the average Fortnite KD, such as 3.00 to 5.00, are extremely rare and often held by professional players or content creators and are not very realistic for players who play on a much more casual level.
The average Fortnite KD is a great place to judge where you are currently are as a player and whether or not you need to improve on your eliminations or keep your strategy right where it is.

Fortnite’s latest batch of Weekly Quests are almost here, so here’s everything you need to do in Week 9’s challenges during Season 6.
Fortnite Season 6’s Week 9 Quests are officially on the way and will reward you with a ton of extra XP towards finishing the Battle Pass. In last week’s challenges, you had to collect research books and burn down structures, but this week’s challenges are all about surviving the ever-closing Storm Circle that defines the battle royale genre.
Here’s every challenge for Week 9 of Fortnite Season 6, and some top tips on how to quickly to complete them.
Fortnite Season 6 Week 9 Quests
Thanks to Fortnite leaker iFireMonkey, we can see all of this week’s challenges ahead of their release on Thursday, May 13, at 9 AM EDT / 2 PM BST.
Here’s the full list of Fortnite Chapter 2’s Season 6 Week 9 Quests:
- Get Intel on Wildlife from Bushranger, Tarana, Rex, Cluck, or Grill Sergeant (1)
- Hunt a Boar (1)
- Spend 7 Seconds within 7 meters of a fleeing Chicken (1)
- Gain health in the Storm (1)
- Shockwave Grenade yourself while in the storm (1)
- Survive Storm phases (10)
- Build in the Storm (10)
To get Intel on Wildlife from the NPCs, you just need to interact with them and spend some Gold to gain Intel. You can check out our guide on where to find all of these NPCs in Season 6. And, once you’ve found the local wildlife, you’ll need to kill a Boar you come across, and chase a Chicken in circles for seven seconds.
You’re going to need to spend some time in the Storm to complete Week 9’s Quests. If you can find some Bandages and Shockwave Grenades, you’ll be able to complete these challenges in a couple of seconds. Simply go into the Storm, pop a Bandage, build 10 structures, and Shockwave Grenade yourself out of it.
The final challenge you’ll need to complete is to survive 10 Storm phases. As long as you survive until the first Storm Circle closes, you’ll complete this challenge naturally as you play.
There’s also a Legendary Quest for players to complete during Week 9, where you must catch 250 Fish. You’ll be rewarded XP for every 50 fish you catch, but expect this Quest to take a while. The fastest method is to grab a Fishing Rod and Harpoon, stick to areas with water, and use every Fishing Spot you come across.

The new Bunker Chests in Fortnite Season 6 contain some high-tier loot for you to collect. Here’s where you can find them all.
There are brand new Bunker Chests that you can loot in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6. These can be a bit difficult to find on the map, but we’re here to help you out with that.
Fortnite players have a wide variety of new additions to explore in the Season 6 update. The map has undergone changes, and there are brand new weapons to try out. There is also new loot to collect in Bunker Chests.
These are similar to the Rare Chests from previous seasons, and finding them can net you some top-tier loot. However, they’re tricky to locate since they only spawn in specific spots, and you’re not guaranteed to find them there every time.
We’ll go over their locations, as well as what you’ll find inside.
What’s inside Fortnite’s Bunker Chests?
As we mentioned above, Epic Games have filled these chests with some of the highest quality items in the game. This includes powerful weapons like the Pump Shotgun and the Rocket Launcher.

Another one is hidden inside one of the houses on the south-east side of the area. Make your way there, and break the door that leads down to the basement. Go downstairs and you’ll see the chest after you head through the door.
Weeping Woods Bunker Chest Location

Pristine Point Bunker Chest Location
This area is just north-west of Steamy Stacks, and the Bunker Chest can be found inside the house that’s on a elevated position on top of a small hill. Head to the bedroom upstairs, and look behind the bed to loot it.

Lazy Lake Bunker Chest Location
Head to the south of Lazy Lake, and off to the east off some large rocks. There, you’ll come across another mound of dirt. Dig through it to collect the Bunker Chest.
Shipwreck Cove Bunker Chest Location
There is a wooden house in Shipwreck Cove on the south-east side of the map. Land on top of it, and smash through the roof until you gain entrance to a bedroom on the top floor. You can then loot the Bunker Chest inside.
Slurpy Swamp Bunker Chest Location
Go to the coast that’s directly south-west of Slurpy Swamp, and you’ll come across a wooden structure. The Bunker Chest is hidden beneath the stairs, so smash them and loot it for some neat gear.
Misty Meadows Bunker Chest Location
Make your way to the house that’s directly south-west of Misty Meadows, and head inside. The Bunker Chest is hidden beneath the stairs, so smash through them with your pickaxe to reach it.
