How to do the loyalty glitch in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team

The loyalty glitch is a quick and easy way to earn max chemistry in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team for tough SBCs – here’s how you do it.

FIFA 22 Loyalty Glitch

The Ultimate Team loyalty glitch is a tried and tested way to help you reach those tough chemistry requirements in Squad Building Challenges. This guide will show you how to get max chem quickly, without any losses, for SBCs.

FIFA Ultimate Team has always revolved around opening packs to try and bag the world’s best players, and FIFA 22 is no different.

Squad Building Challenges are one of the best ways to earn packs without having to fork out too many of your hard-earned coins, but some of the chemistry requirements can be extremely harsh.

In these cases, you might need loyalty on your players to give them a little chemistry boost. Luckily, there’s an easy glitch to help you earn loyalty quickly.

What is loyalty in FIFA 22?

FIFA 22 SBC

Loyalty is a bonus awarded to players in your club that you have packed yourself, giving them “First Owner” status. It offers them that all-important plus one chemistry in both your team and SBCs.

Players without loyalty will often be stuck on nine chemistry if they aren’t being helped by a manager or a lot of strong links.

There are two ways to earn loyalty in FIFA 22:

  • Play 10 matches with a player in your starting XI, or bring them off the bench to make an appearence
  • Earn the player from a pack, objective, or SBC

Loyalty tends to become a problem when multiple players have been purchased from Transfer Market for an SBC, especially in challenges that ask for a hybrid league or nation squad.

Without losses

The loyalty glitch can be performed in two different ways. The first of which requires a little more time, but doesn’t affect your overall win-loss record.

This is an exploit that has been FUT for many years, and EA have never taken steps to remove it.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do the loyalty glitch in FIFA 22:

  1. Place all the players in need of loyalty into a new squad (don’t worry about chemistry)
  2. Head into a game of Squad Battles on any difficulty
  3. Pass the ball around for a short while, until around the fifth in-game minute
  4. Close the FIFA 22 application on your console or PC
  5. You should now have an extra game played with each member of the team
  6. Repeat 10 times until loyalty has been acheived

Alternative method

If you’re a player who doesn’t mind racking up a few more losses on your record, there is another method that is far less hassle.

  1. Place all the players in need of loyalty into a new squad (don’t worry about chemistry)
  2. Head into a game of Squad Battles on any difficulty
  3. Pass the ball around for a short while, until around the fifth in-game minute
  4. Pause the game and quit the match
  5. You will now have an extra game played with each member of the team
  6. Repeat 10 times until loyalty has been acheived

The game will go down as a 3-0 defeat, however, this is far quicker than closing the entire application and can save you a lot of time over the 10 matches.

That was our simple guide on how to use the loyalty glitch to earn full chemistry in this year’s Ultimate Team.

It’s time for another FIFA 22 Team of the Week. In FIFA 22 TOTW 6, there are some huge names for people to add to their teams, and the featured player is a former FUT favorite.

Ultimate Team remains the most popular mode in the FIFA series. One of the many reasons for this is incorporating real-world football into its addictive gameplay loop through special cards, such as Icons or the new FUT Heroes.

One of the mode’s oldest special items is the Team of the Week, which offers players a weekly batch of new upgraded cards to help build out their squads. We’ve got everything you need to know about FUT TOTW right here.

We’ll be updating this hub with the latest FIFA 22 TOTW, so be sure to check back here every week.

Team of the Week 6 has reportedly been leaked thanks to Weaver – FUT, and we know the cards that are expected to be revealed on Wednesday.

The FIFA 22 TOTW 6 is here, and it’s full of big names from across the world.

Check out the full, rumored squad for the FIFA 22 TOTW 6 here:

What are TOTW cards in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team?

Team of the Week items are special cards that boost stats based on that player’s performance in the previous week of real-world games. Any player awarded an in-form will see both their ratings and in-game stats get a permanent increase.

Every week, EA unveils a 23-man squad of the stars who had the best games in the previous domestic or international fixtures round. They could be awarded for a last-minute winner in a big game or a heroic performance from a goalkeeper to keep a clean sheet.

Each TOTW is available in packs for an entire week until it is replaced by the next squad on the following Wednesday. Player’s can not receive an in-form two weeks in a row.

While the in-form card is in packs, it replaces the base version of that player. The normal card will return to packs when that TOTW is over.

FIFA 22 Ultimate Team Featured TOTW

In FIFA 22, EA has addressed fans’ complaints that TOTW items are often quickly rendered useless by the other promotional cards added to the game throughout the year.

Every week, one player will receive a special Featured TOTW card. These players will receive a larger boost than the rest of the squad in an attempt to make them more desirable to those building their teams.

To qualify for this additional stat-boost, the player must have a base card that is under 80-rated and not have any other performance-based card in packs – such as a Ones to Watch.

When is the TOTW released?

Historically, EA announces the latest TOTW every Wednesday so that any Monday night games can be considered.

No specific time has been set for when the team will be announced. However, so far, they have tended to surface at around 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 4 PM BST.

We’ll update this post with an exact schedule as and when it is available.

FIFA 22 players slam “dead” Ultimate Team content

FIFA 22 Ultimate Team is supported with a stream of fresh content, however fans are angry with quality of the SBCs and objective this year.

FIFA 22 Ultimate Team has been live for just over a month, and a handful of promotions like Ones to Watches and Road to the Knockouts have already been and gone. This hasn’t stopped FUT fans from slamming the daily content EA have rolled out.

While the draw of building an Ultimate Team is what gets players through the door, it’s the constant stream of content and promotions that keeps them around.

So far in FIFA 22, we’ve been treated to the Ones to Watch and Road to the Knockouts promos, with plenty more on the horizon.

However, fans have slammed the lack of daily Squad Building Challenges and objectives so far in FIFA 22, calling this year’s content “dead.”

Despite the regular big promotions, FIFA fans have been disappointed with how little daily content has been released by EA so far in FUT 22, saying there is little to work towards.

Reddit user BavarianAngel posted claiming “the content is so dead,” after weeks of SBCs with very slender rewards and few meaningful objectives.

Other fans responded in agreement, saying there is “nothing to play for” during the week outside of the usual seven Divison Rivals wins.

Many also called out the SBC rewards, which have tended to be extremely low-value packs or 75+ players, which are highly unlikely to give out top-rated superstars.

While there have been some player SBCs, like the RTTK Nabil Fekir and Record-breaker Inaki Williams, fans feel that only releasing them occasionally is making the game “boring.”

“I just wish there was something to play for that gives me the chance at gaining some coins apart from 30k every week and Weekend League if you’re even able to qualify,” pleaded one fan.

The biggest problem FUT players outlined with the “subpar” content so far this year is how difficult it is becoming to make coins.

“This version of FIFA is the best I have played and they managed to ruin it somehow with s**t content,” said another.

They argued that nerfing the quality of SBCs and objectives means that it’s increasingly harder to earn good players without resorting to buying FIFA points.

After all the praise that FIFA 22’s gameplay has recieved, fans are clearly disappointed that EA isn’t giving them much incentive to keep coming back.

It remains to be seen if the developers will work to improve the daily content and allow the game to thrive over the course of the entire year.
