Warzone 2 Season 1 features a useful new field upgrade known as the Revive Pistol, and here’s how you can get your hands on it as well as what it does.

The arrival of Season 1 of Warzone 2 on November 16 brought a plethora of fun content for Call of Duty players to check out, including the Escape from Tarkov-inspired DMZ mode and the brand-new Al Mazrah map.

One of the new additions in the Season 1 update was the Revive Pistol Field Upgrade which is extremely helpful if your teammates have been pinned down.

We’ll go over everything that you need to know about it.

How to get the Revive Pistol in Warzone 2

You can collect the Revive Pistol in Warzone 2 as ground loot on the Al Mazrah map, and the most common place to find it is the medicine cabinets inside bathrooms. So just explore its buildings until you spot one.

If you want to find the Revive Pistol faster, then you can visit a Buy Station and purchase it for $2,400. This is the more expensive option, but it will allow you to acquire the Field Upgrade sooner in Warzone 2.

How to use the Revive Pistol in Warzone 2

Once you’ve obtained the Revive Pistol, you can aim it at a downed teammate and shoot them to revive them from a distance. It has a total of four charges and you’ll need to use them wisely.

While you can use the Revive Pistol to self-revive yourself, doing this will use up all four charges of the Field Upgrade, and you won’t be able to use it to revive any more of your teammates.

Luckily, Warzone 2 allows you to revive teammates up close by interacting with them, but this puts you at risk of getting shot down while you tend to your fallen comrade. The Revive Pistol reduces the risk by allowing you to keep your distance as it automatically revives them.
