How to find and defeat Glyph Master Raz in Fortnite Season 6

A new Spire Challenge tasks Fortnite players with finding the location of the NPC known as Glyph Master Raz and defeating him.

Glyph Master Raz Fortnite

Fortnite’s v16.30 update brought some new Spire Challenges for you to complete, and one of these requires you to defeat Glyph Master Raz before collecting a Spire Artifact.

Fortnite Season 6 brought plenty of fun new additions for fans to enjoy, including tamable wild animals, a weapon crafting system, and new quests to complete in the Battle Pass like the Spire Challenges.

The new v16.30 update released the final part of the Spire Challenges, with the last one tasking you with finding the location of Glyph Master Raz and defeating him in battle. Here’s how you can get this done.

Glyph Master Raz Spire Challenge in Fortnite

Fortnite Glyph Master Raz Location

First thing’s first, you’ll need to have completed the previous Fortnite Spire Challenges before you can go after Glymph Master Raz. These will require you to gather information on Raz from Tarana, Lara, Raven, Cluck, or Cobb.

After you complete five Uncommon or Rarer Quests, you’ll be ready to go after him. Just make sure you stock up on healing items and ammo beforehand since this will be a difficult fight.

The location of Glyph Master Raz can be found at the Spire in the middle of the Fortnite Island, and we’ve marked his location on the map below:

How to defeat Raz

As we mentioned before, this will be a tough battle. This enemy can teleport himself across some distance before shooting at you. For this reason, we recommend hiding after you land some hits at him and then wait.

You’ll get your opportunity to strike him again once he stops shooting. Just keep repeating this process of fighting and hiding until he’s taken down. This may take some time, but you’ll eventually get it done.

After he’s been defeated, he’ll drop the Spire Artifact that you can collect to complete this challenge. This will be followed by a notification that reads, “Anyone who knows what to look for will see how powerful the Spire is. This isn’t the end…”

Return to the lobby, and you’ll get to collect the newly-unlocked Glymph Master Skin Style for Raz. You can now equip this the next time you hop into the battle royale!

First-person mode could finally come to Fortnite in Chapter 3, Season 4

Fortnite leaks have revealed that Epic Games might add a first-person mode to the battle royale in Chapter 3, Season 4.

According to Fortnite leaks, Epic Games might be planning to finally bring a first-person mode to the battle royale title when the Chapter 3, Season 4 update goes live.

Fortnite has evolved a lot since it first arrived in 2017, with Epic Games frequently updating it with new unlockable skins along with significant changes such as the addition of a No-Build mode.

Fans have been eager for the developers to add a first-person mode to the battle royale title, and now it seems that the long-awaited mode may finally arrive in Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 4.

Fortnite has always featured third-person view, and the closest players have ever gotten to a first-person is on the first-person Box Fights map. However, notable leaker ‘HYPEX’ claims that this is about to change.

After claiming that a first-person game mode was in early development, the leaker tweeted on July 18 that the developers updated it “quite a few times.” They also showed a concept image of what this mode may look like.

HYPEX then claimed that this mode could “possibly release in Season 4.” This mode will be different from the game’s aim-down sight mechanic since the camera will operate in first-person even when you’re not aiming.

While this sounds exciting, it’s worth noting that this information has yet to be officially verified by Epic Games themselves, so take this leak with a grain of salt until we get an official announcement.

However, since one of the Box Fight maps in the game already features a first-person view, it’s entirely possible that the devs could add a separate mode for it in the upcoming seasonal update.

Large sea buoys are floating structures that you can find found in the water near the islands on the east side of the map. They can be easily identified by their red color and balloons attached to their tops.

Here’s how you can use motorboat missiles to destroy large sea buoys:

  1. Get a motorboat
  2. Drive it along the motorboat race track around the water
  3. Aim at any of the large sea buoys you spot
  4. Shoot the large sea buoy with a rocket twice to destroy it
  5. Repeat this until you’ve destroyed 3 large sea buoys

After you’ve destroyed all 3 large sea buoys, this quest will be marked as complete and you’ll unlock the No Sweatin’ lobby music. You should also try completing a lap around the boat race circuit and catch 3 seconds of air while driving a Motorboat to complete more challenges.
