- Go to the PS4’s home menu screen
- Find the ‘Modern Warfare’ icon
- Press down on the PS4 controller’s D-pad
- Go to the game’s information
- Cycle through the options until you get to ‘PlayStation Store’ and press on it
- Now, download all the free add-on packs that are relevant to you
- Wait for them to completely download, and then boot up Modern Warfare
- The error message should no longer appear for future updates or when trying to access the content
