This Warzone glitch is prominent among Xbox console users. Most of the reports of players getting stuck on the RICOCHET anti-cheat screen came from those playing the game on an Xbox.

Restart Warzone

- Restart your respective platform

Check for updates
If the solution above didn’t fix the glitch then the problem might be that you need to download the latest Warzone update. So, you’ll need to make sure that you’re running the latest version of the game.

Clear your saved data

If you’re playing Warzone on a PlayStation console then here’s how you can clear your data:
- Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management
- Choose either System Storage, Online Storage or USB Storage > Delete
- Pick Warzone and then press Select All
- Select Delete and then select OK to confirm your decision
PC players who own the game on Steam can use a feature that lets you verify the integrity of your game cache. This will let you ensure that the problem isn’t being caused by a corrupted game file.

Wait longer for the game to load
