How to get Ash Williams Fortnite skin: Evil Dead crossover bundle content & expected price
Fortnite’s Fortnitemares event is here, bringing plenty of Halloween-themed changes to the battle royale. The event’s trailer confirmed that The Evil Dead’s Ash Williams is coming to Fortnite, so here’s everything we know about the bundle so far.
Fortnite’s Halloween Fortnitemares update has arrived with v22.20, allowing players to celebrate the scary season with the Zero Build Horde Rush game mode, Howler Claws, and un-vaulted weapons.
Of course, Fortnite is known for its huge collection of skins and wild crossovers, and Fortnitemares brings new Rick and Morty skins as well as The Evil Dead’s Ash Williams equipped with The Book of the Dead and his iconic chainsaw hand.

How to get Fortnite Ash Williams skin: Release date window
The Evil Dead’s Ash Williams arrives in Fortnite’s Item Shop during the Fortnitemares event, which runs from October 18th until November 2. While the character has been confirmed, Epic Games haven’t revealed exactly when he’ll arrive.
Ash will arrive at some point during the event, perhaps on October 25 to mark the halfway point. We’ll be sure to keep you updated when we know more.
Fortnite Ash Williams Evil Dead bundle content
All Epic Games have shown off so far is Bruce Campbell’s Ash Williams with his iconic chainsaw as a hand, but dataminers have discovered everything expected to arrive in the bundle.
Here are the full Ash Williams Evil Dead bundle contents:

- Necronomicon Ex-Mortis Backbling
- Boomstick Backbling
- Chainsaw Hand Harvesting Tool
- Hello, Henrietta Loading Screen
- It’s a Trick Emote
Ash’s chainsaw hand will be a Harvesting Tool for the character rather than a new style — after all, it wouldn’t be easy to use many of Fortnite’s weapons with a chainsaw instead of a hand.
Fortnite Ash William Evil Dead bundle expected price
Fortnite crossover bundles with a few skins and other cosmetic items usually sell for around 2000 V-Bucks in the Item Shop with the individual skin selling for roughly 1500 V-Bucks.
There’s no confirmed price for Ash Williams yet but expect his Evil Dead bundle to fall somewhere in that ballpark, similar to the X-23 and the new Rick and Morty skins.
