Here’s how you can complete the Fortnite Season 7 Week 8 Quest to mindwipe Bunker Jonesy, Swamp Stalker, or Human Bill.

Swamp Stalker in Fortnite

Fortnite Season 7 has brand-new Quests for you to complete in Week 8, and here’s how you can complete the one that has you mindwipe Bunker Jonesy, Swamp Stalker, or Human Bill.

Each new week of Fortnite brings a ton of Legendary and Epic Quests that you can complete to earn some neat XP and Battle Stars as you progress through the Season 7 Battle Pass.

With the arrival of the 17.21 update, we’re now in Week 8, and one of the new Legendary Quests requires you to mindwipe Bunker Jonesy, Swamp Stalker, or Human Bill.

Here’s how you can find them.

Where to find Bunker Jonesy, Swamp Stalker and Human Bill in Fortnite

The good news is that this challenge only requires you to go after one of them, and it doesn’t matter which one you choose. NPCs can be found in specific locations across Fortnite Island.

Human Bill hangs out at Steamy Stacks, in the northeast part of the map. Bunker Jonesy can be found just south of Misty Meadows which is at the south end of the Island. As the name implies, Swamp Stalker will be at Slurpy Swamp.

You can visit whichever one of these characters you want in order to complete this Legendary Quest. To make things a bit easier, we’ve marked each of their spawn locations on the map below:

If you want to complete this challenge quickly, then we recommend going to Swamp Stalker, since this NPC is much easier a target than the other two. Interacting with her should wipe her memories clean.

Once that’s done, you’ll earn a total of 30,000 XP for your efforts. Just be careful of other players who will also be in these areas to complete the challenge. Keep some good gear on you, and be ready for a fight.

Battlefield 2042 fans worried about Portal’s powerful ban feature

Battlefield 2042 allows custom servers to be made for free, but fans are worried that toxic admins will ruin the Portal experience.

Battlefield 2042 fans are concerned that toxic admins will return in Portal, kicking and permanently banning players unfairly.

Custom servers are a Battlefield staple. Players could rent out their own servers and create their own map pool, rules, and custom options. Battlefield 2042 is taking this concept to the max with Portal, which allows players to change almost every aspect of the ruleset.

However, following the news that Portal admins can permanently ban players, fans are worried that “badmins” will return, kicking and banning players at will.

Battlefield Portal builder mode

Absolute power corrupts absolutely, they say. This can be true in Battlefield, where “badmins” have been known to kick and ban players for even the smallest infraction. This can be extremely frustrating, especially when trying to play some of the older, less populated titles such as Battlefield 3.

On the other side of the coin, toxic players and cheaters can ruin the experience for everyone on the server and deserve to be permanently banned. Because of this, DICE and Ripple Effect are allowing admins to deliver persistent player bans in Portal, so repeat offenders won’t be able to rejoin.

But this has led to some concern in the community. Reddit user Historical_Wrap_4584 posted to the Battlefield 2042 subreddit that they’re concerned that admin abuse and “ridiculous server rules” will return in Portal. They described how they have flashbacks of being kicked for simply killing the admin, or accidentally using a banned weapon and getting the boot.

Some players suggested that Portal should feature a server review feature. Then, there will be a punishment system for toxic admins. On the other hand, malicious players could leave unfair, poor reviews on servers.

While toxic admins may always be a problem, players noted that you shouldn’t be banned for accidentally using blacklisted weapons. Portal’s in-depth customization system will allow players to block certain weapons and items, so there’s no way you’ll accidentally use something that’s banned.

As with all previous Battlefield games, it’s about finding a community and server that you enjoy playing in; you wouldn’t want to rejoin a server with a “badmin” anyway. Of course, there will be the official Portal servers, too.

Fortnite Season 7 wiretrap

Fortnite Season 7’s Week 8 Quests task players with planting wiretaps at three key locations, so here’s how to do it.

Every week, Epic Games release a batch of Legendary and Epic Quests to allow players to earn a ton of XP. By completing these every week, you’ll have no trouble earning Battle Stars and finishing the Season 7 Battle Pass.

With the arrival of the 17.21 update, we’re now in Week 8, and players are tasked with planting three wiretraps at key locations. Here’s how to plant the wiretraps, and all of the key locations that you can plant them.

There are clusters of wiretaps in five key locations on the Fortnite Season 7 map. Inside each of these POIs are three wiretaps, so with a bit of luck, you should only have to visit one of the locations.

The wiretaps will be marked by a transparent blue box. Simply approach it and press the interact button and the wiretap will be placed. Do this twice more, and you’ll get 30,000 XP.

You can find wiretaps in these locations:

  1. Dinky Dish
  2. Dockside Dish
  3. Defiant Dish
  4. Eastern house in Lazy Lake
  5. Tunnel east of Catty Corner
