How to get Marigold’s message from the dead drop in Fortnite Week 13 Quest
Week 13 of Fortnite Season 7 has brought some new Epic Quests, and here’s how you can quickly complete the one to get Marigold’s message from the dead drop.
There’s a short bit of time left before the Fortnite Season 7 Battle Pass expires and Season 8 goes live in September. You can quickly XP and Battle Stars through the in-game Weekly Quests.
One of the Epic Quests in Week 13 requires you to get Marigold’s message from the dead drop. This isn’t particularly difficult to achieve, and this guide will make the challenge a bit easier to complete.
Dead drop locations in Fortnite
There are multiple dead drop locations on Fortnite Island, and we’ve managed to find three of them in Weeping Woods. The good news is that you only need to visit one of them for this Weekly Quest.
Here are all the dead drops locations in Weeping Woods:
- To the north of the bridge on the north east part of the area
- Next to some trees on the the south side of same bridge
- At the base of a tree by the river north west of the biggest cabin
Once you’ve found one of these, simply approach it and then interact with the dead drop to get Marigold’s message. Once that’s done, you’ll have successfully completed this Week 13 Epic Quest.
This is a fairly easy task and completing it will get you an easy 30,000 XP. Just watch out for other players who may try to take you out and complete the challenge for themselves.
