Your account is not authorized to play halo infinite message

After installing Halo Infinite, some players are met with a message telling them that “your account is not authorized to play Halo Infinite.” The fix is usually quite simple, you just need to close down the game completely and relaunch it.

You may have to do this a few times, but many players have reported that they will eventually be able to log in.

If you’re still having no luck, we recommend contacting the Halo Support page and report the issue. Someone should reach out and help.
