The sci-fi phenomenon shook the world when it debuted in 2013, and 8 years later it’s as popular and relevant as ever, and now it’s in one of the world’s biggest battle royale games. Fortnite Season 7 has taken a turn towards aliens and sci-fi, and who better to accompany this thematic change than Rick Sanchez.

Unlocking Rick & Morty’s Rick Sanchez in Fortnite Season 7
Rick has put his love of interdimensional cable to one side to enter himself into Fortnite’s battle royale extravaganza.

The sci-fi star will be a very popular character with many players desperate to control the man who invented the Portal Gun, and it’s going to take a considerable effort to do so.
Here’s what you’ll need to do:
- You will need to reach Level 90 of the Battle Star system
- You can do this by either earning Battle Stars, or spending V-Bucks to fast-track your way there
- Once you’ve done either method, head to Page 10 of the Battle Star system
- You will now be able to purchase Rick’s skin in Fortnite for 9 Battle Stars
- Equip it, and have fun

Obviously, most players will not be willing to part with so much real money to hotshot their way to the Rick Sanchez skin, so expect to see fewer quantities of him for a while.
