How to unlock Survival mode in GTA Online
For those who are still heavily invested in GTA V’s Online, or maybe just getting started in Los Santos, here is how you can unlock the survival mode.
As well as the new Los Santos Tuners update, there are many fun things to do in GTA Online, from Stunt Races to just having fun with friends free-roaming around Los Santos.
One mode that players may not have tried yet is the Survival Mode, which sees players defending locations against waves of enemy NPCs. Here is how you can unlock the mode.
How to unlock Survival mode in GTA Online
Survival is a game mode in Grand Theft Auto Online. Players will unlock this particular mode at level 15 when Ron notifies the player about them. The player must then participate in the Industrial Plant survival as a tutorial event to continue online progress.
With this in mind, it will not take players too long to unlock the Survival mode in GTA Online if they take a bit of dedicated time to unlock this exciting game mode the next time they are playing.

Survival is marked as a blue shield with a cross in the middle on your map, and up to four players can play a single Survival match.
Players will find that they must survive a total of 10 waves of attacking NPCs to complete a GTA Online Survival mission, so it will definitely require players to have their best weapons ready to guarantee a successful completing of this adrenaline-fueled game mode.
There will be a 20 second period between each wave where players will have the opportunity to acquire any pickups and prepare for the next wave of attacking enemies, so be sure to take full advantage of this break in action if you want to survive everything one of the GTA Online Survival missions will throw at you and your teammates.
There is no doubt that players who unlock the Survival mode in GTA Online will have new opportunities for a treasure trove of chaotic fun with their friends.
