UPDATE – January 21: Infinity Ward has updated the Trello board for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and it now notes that the fix for Player Slide Cancel bug requires “more testing” and that the “release date is TBD.”

The next patch update for Modern Warfare is set for January 22, and many thought the slide cancel issue will be fixed with this update as the original note on the Trello board said Fixed in a Future Release. Now, this will not be fixed this week.
