100 Thieves member Thomas ‘Tommey’ Trewren recently exposed a player using a new Warzone hack. It allowed the player to perform unlimited faster than light dashes, meaning the player can move at unreal speeds.

Hacking and cheating in Warzone is nothing new, with all kinds of different hacks manipulating many games of the battle royale shooter every day.

Players are now even being caught using them, and it’s this kind of thing that is causing CoD to add anti-cheat to the next game in the series – Vanguard.

Until its release, we will continue to see aimbotting and apparently a new hack that allows players to move at ridiculous speeds in Verdansk.

During a live stream, 100 Thieves player Tommey encountered a hack that he had never seen before in Warzone that let a player keep doing FTL dashes. FTL, or faster than light, dashes allow players to quite literally cover huge amounts of ground in the blink of an eye.

In a video clipped on his Twitch, Tommey was running around in Verdansk when one of his teammates said: “This guy might be hacking, he’s hacking.”

All of a sudden, the player they pursued suddenly jumped down from a building and in two or three quick bursts covered a huge amount of ground.

A bewildered and confused Tommey started to shout “Wait, I’ve never seen this hack in my life, what is that?”

As he mentioned in his Tweet, Tommey continued to spectate the player all over Verdansk and they were able to keep performing FTL dashes.

Players shouldn’t have to deal with hacks and cheating too much longer as the new anti-cheat system will aim to put a stop to things like this.
