Is Call of Duty: Warzone getting a ranked playlist?
Call of Duty: Warzone players have frequently called for the developers to add a Ranked mode to the battle royale title, but will Raven Software bring one to Caldera?
There are plenty of fun activities for players to do in Warzone, but one of the most highly-requested features is Ranked play. This lets you compete against other players for the opportunity to climb up ranks.
While many other battle royale titles like Apex Legends and Fortnite have this feature, it has yet to arrive in Warzone. This has left players wondering when exactly a Ranked mode will be coming.
When will Warzone get a Ranked mode option?
There is currently no Ranked mode announced for Call of Duty: Warzone. While players have been requesting this feature for a long time, the developers have yet to let us know if it will arrive in the game.
Many players feel that the battle royale game needs to have Ranked options if it wants to stay ahead of its competitors. In fact, NICKMERCS stated that Warzone “can’t survive” without a Ranked mode.
Raven Software haven’t given an explanation for why the game doesn’t have Ranked mode, but it might be because of the threat of hackers and cheaters causing problems for other players.
While we currently don’t have any official announcement from the developers, it’s possible that they might be working on this mode secretly, similar to the RICOCHET anti-cheat software that they introduced.
This system has reduced the issues of cheaters in the new Caldera map, so Raven Software might change their minds about introducing a Ranked system in this safer Warzone environment.
