James C. Burns (Woods) set to develop new movie called ‘Nam Zombies’

James C. Burns, known as Sgt. Frank Woods in Black Ops 1 and Black Ops 2, has started a Kickstarter for a new movie he is developing called Nam Zombies.

Call of Duty: Black Ops’ Star James C Burns has launched the NAM ZOMBIES film project on KICKSTARTER.  Known for his role as SGT. Frank Woods in Black Ops 1 & 2, James C Burns has written and will star in a live action zombie film set during the Vietnam war.  Highly anticipated by the gaming community “Nam Zombies” is a “fan sourced” film, inspired by the fans, made by fans, for the fans.  The Kickstarter campaign will last 30 days, ending onNov.3rd, with production expected to begin early 2014.

There is currently a KickStarter to help fund this movie. The goal for them is to reach $1.25 million before November 7th. Production of this movie will be starting in early 2014.

The Story:

Set during the Vietnam War,  NAM ZOMBIES  It’s the story of BRAVO-ZEBRA,  a Special Forces unit on a “Covert Op” when they encounter a shit load of “un-dead” deep in the jungle mountains. Without giving to much away I can tell you that the are massive fire fights and thousands of zombies.  There are ingenious weapons and deep dark political intrigue. You will meet the team,  suffer their losses, question orders and root for the good guys.  Other than that…we can not say.
