JGOD explains how to get easier Warzone lobbies without reverse boosting

Ever wondered how to get into easier Warzone lobbies? YouTuber JGOD explains how to find lower SBMM games without reverse boosting.

Popular Warzone content creator JGOD has revealed how to get into easier Warzone lobbies without using any third-party software or reverse boosting.

The Warzone community has become obsessed with skill-based matchmaking, or SBMM. This mysterious factor determines the skill of the players you’ll be coming against. The better you play, the more likely you are to come against some seriously high-skilled players.

When you finish work and want to hop on Warzone with your friends, even if you’re using the best weapons, it can be tiring and frustrating to get bodied by every team you come up against. Because of this, players are always looking for ways to avoid SBMM and fight against less-skilled players.

Warzone rebirth island

It’s well-known in the community that you can get into easier lobbies by reverse boosting or using VPN software to change your location. However, with the help of an in-depth Reddit post, YouTuber JGOD has explained how to legitimately find easier lobbies.

“Skill-based matchmaking is at its strictest between 8 PM and 2 AM, and it’s toned down significantly between 3 AM and 7 AM local time,” JGOD describes. To put it simply, playing Warzone in the evening, when the majority of players are online, will give you much more difficult matches.

For some reason, “morning lobbies are statistically easier,” so if you’re looking for an easier time in Warzone, you should try to play early in the morning.

As JGOD further explains, when it feels like you’re constantly getting put against the best of the best, the chances are that you do belong in that bracket. SBMM is heavily dependent on your kill/death ratio, and if you have a KD ratio of over 1.10, you’re in the “top 20% of all Call of Duty players.”

When you’re in this top 20%, so are the high-skilled streamers and grinders, so you’re more likely to be matched against them when playing at peak-times.

If you’re unsure what matchmaking bracket you fall into, you can follow our guide on how to check your SBMM rank.

Best XM4 loadout for CoD: Warzone Season 5

The XM4 is a superb, ranged killer in Warzone Season 5. Here are the attachments and perks to make the best Warzone XM4 loadout.

Best Warzone XM4 loadout

The XM4 is an excellent Assault Rifle in CoD: Warzone Season 5 Reloaded, so here is the best loadout class to make the most of this meta gun.

The XM4 Assault Rifle, modeled after the original Black Ops’ Commando, is a medium-range weapon perfect for accompanying a long-range Sniper Rifle.

When sniping, you need something that can deal with targets up close and can follow up on armor breaks at a medium distance. The XM4 is an extremely powerful choice to run as your ‘pocket weapon’ if you’re looking for something to complement your favorite long-range weapon.

With Warzone Season 5 Reloaded bringing various buffs and nerfs to the game, most notable for the previously dominant Krig 6, the XM4 was left untouched, allowing it to rise in the meta. So, here are the attachments and perks to make the best Warzone XM4 loadout class to maximize the potential of this Assault Rifle in Verdansk ’84 and Rebirth Island.

Best Warzone XM4 loadout

Best Warzone XM4 loadout attachments

  • Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
  • Barrel: 13.5″ Task Force
  • Optic: Microflex LED or Axial Arms 3x
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
  • Ammunition: STANAG 60 Round

To make sure the best Warzone XM4 loadout is laser-accurate, we’re adding the Field Agent Grip. With this attachment, the XM4 will be as accurate as it needs to be at close-medium ranges. With some recoil control, you’ll also be able to beam enemies at a distance too.

The 13.5″ Task Force barrel received a significant buff in the Season 5 update, giving it majorly improved bullet velocity, range, and recoil control at the cost of some mobility. You should add the Agency Suppressor to the best Warzone XM4 loadout for even more velocity, which increases the weapon’s damage range while keeping you off the minimap.

We’re going with the STANAG 60 Round to ensure we have enough ammo to take down multiple enemies when using the best Warzone XM4 loadout. Finally, the XM4’s iron sights are still quite obtrusive, so you’ll want to use the Microflex LED or even the Axial Arms 3x if you’re looking for more range.

The XM4’s damage will drop off at a distance compared to some of the top Assault Rifles, so you should pair the best Warzone XM4 loadout with a long-range weapon such as the Swiss K31 or Kar98k.

Best perks to use with Warzone XM4 class

best perks warzone xm4 loadout class
  • Perk 1: E.O.D
  • Perk 2: Overkill / Ghost
  • Perk 3: Tracker

E.O.D will allow you to withstand Semtex, Grenades, and a large quantity of any other serious explosive throwables. With so many players using Semtex or C4 to gain the upper hand in a fight, you’ll need E.O.D if you have any hope of surviving.

Overkill will allow you to get two primary weapons from your loadout. Then you can take the Ghost Perk from your next one, hiding you from UAVs and Heartbeat Sensors.

While running both a Sniper Rifle and an Assault Rifle, you want to be able to swap between them quickly. Whether getting ambushed up close or following up on a snipe, the Amped Perk will allow you to switch weapons almost instantly.

Most recent XM4 buffs and nerfs in Warzone

There have not been any recent changes to the XM4 Assault Rifle in the Call of Duty battle royale, but we will be sure to update this page with any new ones when they go live.

How to unlock the XM4

best warzone xm4 loadout

To unlock the XM4 Assault Rifle for the best Warzone XM4 loadout, you’ll have to make sure you reach Level 4 in Warzone or Black Ops Cold War.

This is very easy and will be accomplished within a game or two. The main takeaway is it gets you to level up the XM4 quicker and get your attachments sooner.

Best alternatives

Following the Warzone Season 5 Reloaded update, the best Warzone XM4 loadout is still a great weapon to use alongside a Sniper Rifle. This puts it on par with the RAM-7 and Cold War’s AK-47. However, if you want something for closer ranges, then the LC10 and PPSH are excellent choices.

What are Redacted Weapons in Warzone Iron Trials? How to get high-rarity guns

Iron Trials ’84 added Redacted Weapons into the Warzone mix. Here’s our guide on what they are, and how to get hold of them.

Warzone’s brand new Iron Trials ’84 has introduced a new weapon type labeled ‘Redacted.’ But what are they, and how do you get hold of them? We’ve got all the details here.

Warzone Season 5 Reloaded brought with it a new hardcore game mode called Iron Trials ’84, and it’s gone down very well among the community.

Iron Trials ups the ante in a number of ways, such as by increasing the time-to-kill and making loadout drops more expensive.

Among the changes the mode has brought with it is the addition of Redacted Weapons, leaving players wondering exactly what they are. We’ve got the lowdown below.

What are Warzone Redacted Weapons?

Put simply, Redacted Weapons are another rarity of gun that you can find in any game of Iron Trials, similar to the Common, Rare, and Legendary tags that will be familiar to players.

Redacted Weapons are unique because they come equipped with eight attachments, more than Raven Software has ever allowed in the normal Warzone mode.

While the extra attachments are far from a guaranteed win, they do give players who find them an advantage in firefights, as they have more buffed stats than the usual assortment of weapons.

How to find Redacted Weapons in Warzone

There’s no doubt that the sheer number of attachments will leave players itching to get their hands on one in their next game.

Unfortunately, there is no sure-fire way to get hold of a Redacted Weapon. They are found in ground loot – the same as any other gun scattered across Verdansk.

Their extra rarity means that they are most likely to drop out of the rare orange supply boxes found inside buildings, but this is by no means guaranteed every time.

They can also be seen lying on the floor in some cases, but hunting for supply crates with high rarity is the most likely way to find one.

Even though there is no method of ensuring you’ll stumble across a Redacted Weapon, players looking for an extra edge in battle should keep an eye out when looting up for any guns with this tag.
