JGOD reveals close-range weapons for Warzone meta in Season 3

Call of Duty: Warzone YouTuber JGOD has recently revealed the meta weapons that he believes should be the go-to options for players choosing their close-range options for their loadouts.

The meta has shifted plenty of times throughout the life of Warzone, with a whole host of weapons having shone in the spotlight and be the main option for most players for months at a time.

With the start of Season 3, plenty of changes occurred, like the May 7, 2021 update that nerfed the AMAX and made other major balance changes, which has led to an opening up of the meta.

Luckily, Warzone stats master JGOD has gathered together the close-range weapons that will dominate the meta for the foreseeable future for the community to know and use going forward following Warzone’s most recent weapon balance update.

JGOD’s close-range Warzone meta in Season 3

In a recent video uploaded to his YouTube channel, JGOD explains that the nerfing of the FFAR and changes to the values of other Warzone weapons have paved the way for the MAC-10, Cold War AK-47, LC10, Bullfrog, and Fara 83 to be the top meta choices for players in close-range gunfights.
