JGOD and Warzone XM4

Call of Duty stats expert JGOD praised the Black Ops Cold War XM4 Assault Rifle and revealed his favorite “no recoil” loadout for the weapon in Warzone Pacific Season 1.

The XM4 Assault Rifle is the perfect medium-range weapon that you can use in Warzone Pacific Season 1. It boasts an incredible bullet velocity and ADS speed that lets you kill your enemies quickly.

This Black Ops Cold War weapon has managed to remain firmly in the meta, and JGOD gave it high praise. He revealed his favorite XM4 loadout to minimize recoil in Warzone Pacific Season 1.

JGOD’s “no recoil” XM4 Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
  • Barrel: 13.5″ Task Force
  • Optic: Axial Arms 3x
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
  • Magazine: STANAG 60 Round

JGOD started off his Warzone XM4 loadout with the Agency Suppressor to boost the weapon’s bullet velocity and damage range. This also has the added benefit of keeping him off the minimap.

The 13.5″ Task Force barrel further improves bullet velocity and range while providing recoil control. He also gained an additional boost to the XM4 Assault Rifle’s range with the Axial Arms 3x optic.

The Field Agent Grip will make the weapon as accurate as it needs to be at close and medium ranges. Lastly, the STANAG 60 Round magazine ensures that there is plenty of ammo to take down multiple enemies.

JGOD paired the XM4 Assault Rifle with the MP40 and used it to cause some serious pain to his enemies. He was so impressed with its performance that he called it his favorite weapon in Warzone.

He claimed that the MP4’s versatility, movement, bullet velocity, and ADS speed make it “more reliable” than most long-range weapons. This isn’t surprising as he feels that Cold War’s weapons are better than Vanguard’s.

What are Strongholds in Warzone 2? Leak reveals new loadout system

According to leaks, Warzone 2 could overhaul the loadout system with areas called Strongholds. Here’s what we know about the new mechanic.

Published

on

Here’s everything we know about Strongholds, a new mechanic that is set to feature in Warzone 2. Leaks explain that these areas could bring changes to the loadout system in the new iteration of the battle royale.

On May 17, Warzone 2 leaks began to circulate online after NerosCinema revealed a ton of new information about the battle royale. This information was later corroborated by renowned leaker Tom Henderson.

One of the major pieces of information in the recent information dump was the apparent change to how loadout drops work in Warzone 2. While loadouts are expected to remain in the game, the method of securing one could change with the introduction of Strongholds.

Leaked Warzone 2 Strongholds explained

In the video, NerosCinema briefly discusses how loadouts in Warzone 2 are expected to be locked behind areas called Strongholds. According to leaks, players must complete a set of tasks or objectives within a Stronghold to access their loadout.

Tom Henderson’s report discussing the leaks provided additional details regarding Warzone 2’s Strongholds. In terms of their placement around the Warzone 2 map, Henderson confirmed that “there are around 25-30 of them spread out across the entire map.”

This is around the same number of Buy Stations that you’ll see in a current match of Warzone.

As previously mentioned, players will be required to complete a set of tasks in order to “take” a Stronghold. These tasks could range from defusing a bomb to defeating enemy AI. The important thing to note is that the Stronghold objectives will vary in difficulty, “there are several different tiers of Strongholds too.”

Tasks of greater difficulty are said to provide the most valuable rewards, “presumably, the harder the stronghold, the bigger reward.” This new dynamic element will allow players to judge the risk and reward of attempting to take a Stronghold.

Strongholds could act as a new strategic layer that forces players to calculate their next moves in Warzone 2. Once a Stronghold is secured, it cannot be taken a second time. Panic could start to set in if you’re forced to travel to a distant Stronghold in order to secure a loadout.

Henderson points out that this won’t be the first time we see AI in Warzone as the devs tested a similar feature with Armored Transport Trucks in Season 2.

Four classic Modern Warfare 2 maps to return in Warzone 2, claims leaks

Reputable industry insider Tom Henderson claims that Warzone 2’s brand-new map will bring classic Modern Warfare 2 maps as POIs.

Warzone 2 is on the way and while nothing official has been revealed, a ton of new information has come from leakers and insiders. Industry insider Tom Henderson claims we can expect to see POIs built around four fan-favorite Modern Warfare 2 maps in Warzone 2.

Warzone’s sequel was confirmed to be in development alongside Modern Warfare 2 back in February 2022, but the developers haven’t said anything else since. Instead, leakers have been revealing new details about both Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2.

Soon after YouTuber NerosCinema dropped a ton of new leaks, insider Tom Henderson claims we can see at least four classic Modern Warfare 2 maps in POIs around Warzone 2’s Blackout-like map. While these are just leaks for now and nothing is confirmed, here’s every MW2 map Tom Henderson claims will arrive in Warzone 2’s map.

High Rise

High Rise was first revealed to return by YouTuber NerosCinema, whose source claims to have played Warzone 2. This leak was then corroborated in Tom Henderson’s eXputer report, where it’s “located at the top right of the map under the POI name ‘Modern City.'”

While Modern City isn’t the POI’s final name, Henderson said that Warzone 2’s map “contains a large city with a lot of skyscrapers and tall buildings.” TheGhostOfHope previously claimed that the map is inspired by Medellín, which is the second-largest city in Colombia.

Quarry

Quarry is set to be its own POI at the top left of the map, according to Tom Henderson. Quarry is a classic Modern Warfare 2 map blending long sightlines for sniping with confined spaces for close-quarters combat.

As Quarry is only a medium-sized map, this should be one of the areas that have been “added and expanded upon.”

Terminal

Warzone players were desperate for the fan-favorite Terminal map to be added to Verdansk’s airport, and Henderson claims it’ll finally arrive with Warzone 2’s Airport POI.

He said that it’s “located at the bottom right of the map,” and will be “one of three locations on the map with a large stronghold.”

Afghan

Afghan, which features a crashed aircraft in the middle of a canyon in Afghanistan, is set be “towards the middle of the map, but slightly to the left” inside the ‘Caves’ POI.

The caves are a major chokepoint in Afghan, so you can expect a ton of close-quarters fights at this POI.

Also, according to Henderson, there should also be even more classic Modern Warfare 2 maps arriving in Warzone 2, with Henderson theorizing that the ‘Mountain Town’ POI could feature Favela. He said there are “several more locations” that hint toward more maps, but he couldn’t confirm ahead of publishing.

Henderson also claimed that this will be the same map as Modern Warfare 2’s upcoming Escape from Tarkov-inspired DMZ mode.

Best Armaguerra 43 loadout for Warzone Season 3

The Armaguerra 43 is an extremely effective SMG, and here’s the best loadout for it in Warzone Pacific Season 3.

Published

on

The Armaguerra 43 is an extremely effective SMG, and with the right attachments, Perks, and equipment you can make the best loadout for it in Warzone Pacific Season 3.

Warzone features a plethora of powerful SMGs that are ideal weapons for close-range combat, and while the Armaguerra 43 was nerfed shortly after its arrival in Season 2 Reloaded, it still remains a viable pick.

This weapon is a great choice because of its impressively fast fire rate and low recoil. If you want to make it perform even better then you’ll need to equip the right attachments, Perks, and equipment.

Here’s how you can make the best Armaguerra 43 loadout for Warzone Pacific Season 3.

Best Warzone Armaguerra 43 loadout

Best Warzone Armaguerra 43 loadout attachments

  • Muzzle: M1929 Silencer
  • Barrel: Botti 570mm Precisione
  • Optic: M38/Slate 2.5x Custom
  • Stock: Botti DA
  • Underbarrel: M1930 Strife Angled
  • Magazine: 8mm Kurz 72 Round Mags
  • Ammunition: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Stippled Grip
  • Perk 1: Hardscope
  • Perk 2: Quick

We’ll start off this Warzone loadout by equipping the M1929 Silencer muzzle, Botti 570mm Precisione barrel, and M1930 Strife Angled underbarrel to boost the weapon’s bullet velocity and recoil control while providing sound suppression.

The Stippled Grip will further improve the SMG’s accuracy and you can take advantage of this by equipping the M38/Slate 2.5x Custom optic to pick off enemies during medium-range engagements.

We picked the 8mm Kurz 72 Round Mags along with the Lengenthed ammo to ensure you have plenty of rounds to eliminate multiple enemies. The Hardscope perk will boost your accuracy after aiming down sights and Quick lets you sprint faster.

Best Warzone Armaguerra 43 Perks & equipment

  • Perk 1: E.O.D
  • Perk 2: Overkill
  • Perk 3: Amped
  • Lethal Equipment: Throwing Knife
  • Tactical Equipment: Stim

You’ll need some protection from enemies throwing grenades and thermite during close-quarters combat, so we recommend equipping the E.O.D Perk to make you more resistant to explosive damage.

In the second slot, you’ll need Overkill so that you can pair the SMG with a Sniper Rifle like the ZRG 20mm for long-range combat. Amped will allow you to quickly switch between the two if an enemy team gets the drop on you.

This SMG forces you up close and personal with opponents, so a well-placed Throwing Knife is the perfect way to quickly remove an enemy from the equation, and a Stim will grant you a quick health boost.

How to unlock Armaguerra 43 in Warzone

The Armaguerra is unlocked via an in-game challenge, so all you have to do is score 10 hip-fire kills in 15 separate matches to add it to your arsenal.

If you own a copy of Vanguard, this should be a breeze in multiplayer matches, especially on small maps like the Shipment or Das Haus.

However, if you’re someone who only plays Warzone, it might be worth dropping in to Clash or Plunder to rack up some easy kills.

Best alternatives to the Armaguerra 43 in Warzone

Warzone is brimming with great SMGs, if you’re looking for an alternative to the Armaguerra 43 then the Owen Gun and Welgun are extremely viable picks for close-range combat encounters.

The MP40 is another great SMG that you can use to cause some mayhem in Warzone, thanks to its impressive damage and reliability at a variety of ranges.
