JGOD reveals Warzone BAR loadout to rival meta NZ-41
It’s clear to JGOD that the NZ-41 is still a dominant force in Warzone, but the expert claims that the BAR has what it takes to challenge it for the Assault Rifle throne.
The NZ-41 has been the number one choice for long-range gunfights since it surpassed the STG44 with the Season 4 update. Recent nerfs have failed to slow down the NZ-41, but despite its dominance, JGOD believes that another Vanguard AR can be just as deadly.
The stats expert breaks down the top long-range Warzone weapons in Season 4 and the NZ-41 is not alone at the top with the BAR keeping pace right beside it.
JGOD claims that Warzone’s current long-range meta is in an interesting spot with plenty of viable options. Despite the level playing field, it’s clear to him that the NZ-41 is still the best option in the game.
However, as the Call of Duty content creator breaks down the top long-range options in Warzone, he includes the BAR as a weapon in a category of its own alongside the NZ-41.
What’s more, the expert believes that the NZ-41 is bound to receive a crippling nerf shortly, which would clearly elevate the BAR to the number one spot.

The BAR has an excellent damage per magazine stat which makes it a powerful option. In addition, JGOD believes “it’s one of the easiest guns to use right now.” Despite this claim, JGOD explains that when using the BAR, players must be aware of its slow rate of fire.
If you fail to hit your shots you’ll be punished, but the bullets that hit deliver incredible damage. Therefore accuracy and recoil control are very important when picking attachments.
Although other underbarrel attachments could make the weapon faster, JGOD opts for the Carver Foregrip as it specifically tames the heavy vertical recoil the weapon exhibits: “This is almost all vertical recoil, I like the Carver even though it’s a little bit slower.”
Hardscope should ensure that you’re landing as many shots as possible, while the Stippled Grip will also improve accuracy. If you’re looking for more magnification, you can also opt for 3-6x Optic instead of the G16 2.5x.
