Expanding on the Breath of the Wild campaign, Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom features a lot of new weapons and vehicles to travel across and under Hyrule as well as in the air and more.
Another addition made in TOTK over BOTW is in the number of stables. These are a great way to not only board horses that you have tamed and rest on your journey but also to learn about the nearby surrounding area as you travel across the map.

Dueling Peaks stable
Coordinates: 1761 -1925 0026
The Dueling Peaks stable is located to the West of Necluda right across the Little Twin Bridge.
East Akkala stable
Coordinates: 4231 2746 0170
You can find the East Akkala stable to the North of Octorok Lake in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Foothill stable
Coordinates: 2613 1144 0149
Foothill stable is right next to Cephla Lake in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Gerudo Canyon stable

Gerudo Canyon stable is to the Northeast of the Gerudo Desert the Gerudo Canyon.
Gerudo mini stable
Coordinates: -0249 0052 0020
This mini stable can be found between Digdogg Suspension Bridge and Gerudo Canyon Pass.
Hateno Pasture

The Hateno Pasture stable in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom can be found near Lake Sumac.
Highland stable

The Highland stable is to the East of Haraln Lake.

Lakeside stable is right before the Floria Bridge and to the East of the Highland stable
Lookout Landing mini stable

The Lookout Landing mini stable shows up after you complete ‘The Incomplete Stable’ side quest in Lookout Landing.
New Serenne stable

New Serenne stable in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is in the North Hyrule Plain, which is to the Northwest of Lookout Landing.
Outskirt stable

The Outskirt stable is to the West of Coliseum Ruins and Aquame Lake.
Riverside stable

Riverside stable is at the West of Hylia River, between Horwell Bridge and Owlan Bridge.
Snowfield stable

Snowfield stable is located in the South of the Tabantha Snowfield.
South Akkala stable

The South Akkala stable is to the South of Akkala Highlands and the North of Akkala Cidatel Ruins.
Tabantha Bridge stable

Tabantha Bridge stable in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is right next to the Tabantha Bridge and West of Hyrule Ridge.
Wetland stable

The Wetland stable is to the South of Rebonae Bridge and Northeast of the Hylia River.
Woodland stable
