Here’s what we know so far about the Madden 25 ratings, including a look at the best Wide Receivers, Running Backs, and more positions in the game.
All 99 Club players in Madden 25 revealed so far

Madden 25’s 99 Club includes Tyreek Hill, Patrick Mahomes, Christian McCaffrey, Trent Williams, and Travis Kelce at launch.
Hill was rated 98 overall when Madden 24 launched last year. He’s also the first Miami Dolphins player ever to make the 99 Club.
McCaffrey sees a substantial boost to 99 from the 96 rating he started Madden 24 with. Meanwhile, his 49ers teammate Trent Williams joins him on the list, cementing San Francisco as a powerhouse team.
To no one’s surprise, Travis Kelce joins the 99 Club for the fifth time in his career, setting the record for most appearances by a TE in Madden history. His Chiefs’ compatriot, Patrick Mahomes, follows suit after solidifying his status as the best QB in the league by adding a third Super Bowl ring to his collection.

What’s interesting about the top Running Back ratings is that half of the top 10 are playing with a new team this season. Jacobs, Jones, Mixon, Barkley, and Henry must adapt to new environments, likely leading to major fluctuations when the season begins.
Meanwhile, Walker III, Pacheco, and Etienne Jr will all look to build on impressive seasons as the trio of Running Backs head into their third year as pros.

Are beta ratings final?
No, the ratings in Madden 25’s beta are not the final ratings. Beta ratings won’t appear in the game when it launches on August 16 as they are subject to change.
In a June 14 X post, EA SPORTS American Football Production Director Clint Oldenburg confirmed that “Player Ratings in the beta are not final.” Oldenburg also explained that the beta ratings are purposely altered to keep fans on their toes: “They’ve been intentionally scrambled.”
Football fans have plenty to look forward to this summer following the success of College Football 25 before the Madden 25 release.
