Where to find Mauer Der Toten’s Pack-a-Punch machine in Cold War Zombies
The Pack-a-Punch machine is a necessary tool in surviving the hordes of the undead in Black Ops Cold War Zombies, so here’s where to find it in Season 4 Reloaded’s Mauer Der Toten.
Black Ops Cold War’s highly-anticipated Mauer Der Toten Zombies map has finally been released with Season 4 Reloaded, bringing hordes of the undead to the streets of Berlin. If you have any hope of surviving wave after wave of Zombies, you’ll need the best weapons available.
To improve your chances, you can upgrade your weapon through the Pack-a-Punch machine. This will upgrade almost every aspect of your weapon, increasing damage and magazine size.
Here’s where to find Mauer Der Toten’s Pack-a-Punch machine, and how to turn it on.
Mauer Der Toten Pack-a-Punch machine location
Mauer Der Toten’s Pack-a-Punch machine is in a blocked-off area on the main street, directly left of where you emerge when you first enter the streets.
You can’t access it until you turn on the power, but once you do, you won’t have any trouble finding it again. Before you can turn it on, it’ll be marked as an objective.
After you’ve turned on the power, follow the objective marker through the tunnels until you find a zipline. Take the zipline up, and the Pack-a-Punch machine will be directly to your right.
How to enable Mauer Der Toten Pack-a-Punch machine
After you turn on the power, you’ll be given an objective to “Investigate the PAP Machine,” with the Pack-a-Punch machine marked on your screen. As you approach the Pack-a-Punch, you’ll see several Zombies floating overhead. Interact with it, and a Disciple will spawn, charging up these floating Zombies.

Try to take out the Disciple as fast as possible, as it will keep charging up more zombies. Once you’ve defeated the Disciple, the PAP will be enabled and you’ll be able to upgrade your weapons.

- Turn on the power
- Follow the “Investigate the PAP Machine” objective
- Interact with the Pack-a-Punch
- Defeat the Disciple
- Pack-a-Punch your weapons for the following prices:

- Tier 2: 15,000 Essence
- Tier 3: 30,000 Essence
How to turn on the power in Mauer Der Toten
Turning on the power in Mauer Der Toten is quite simple, as all of the objectives will be marked for you. Simply follow the arrows down into the Subway, but watch out for the train!
Once you find the power switch, pull it, and you’ll be tasked with getting two Electrical Fuses.
To do this, follow the objective markers which will lead you to Tempests. Defeat them, and pick up the Electrical Fuses that they drop.
Insert these Fuses beside the switch and voilà, we have power. This triggers the “Investigate the PAP Machine” objective, which will take you directly to the Pack-a-Punch.
