You can make a Librarian villager in Minecraft by placing a lectern next to an unemployed villager. Lecterns can be created by placing four wood slabs and a bookshelf in the crafting grid.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Hop into Minecraft.
2. Find an unemployed villager.
3. Craft a lectern.
4. Place the lectern next to the villager.

Once this is done, you just need to wait for the villager to become a Librarian, and you’ll be able to visit them for trading. The Librarian offers different enchantments to you after trading, and these go up to Level Five.

If you want to get your hands on an enchanted book, then simply visit the Librarian in the village and trade a few select items with them. You’ll need to give them Emeralds and a normal book to get this special item.
