Ground War arrives in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Beta

The brand new Ground War mode has arrived early in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Crossplay Beta on PS4, Xbox One, and PC!

Infinity Ward originally announced that the new 32v32 Ground War mode for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare would be added to the beta on Sept. 21 at 10AM PT, but the studio has updated the beta with the new mode early!

Ground War is the brand new 32v32 playlist for Modern Warfare built on new large dedicated maps for this play style. It’s the largest player count Call of Duty has seen for a classic MP mode (beyond Black Ops 4’s Battle Royale) with 64 players.

The Ground War 32v32 Mode features one map called Karst River Quarry. The mode also features vehicles, killstreaks, and more across the mode as players enter into all out chaos in this MP playground.

The map also features the ability for players to select where the spawn, spawn on squad mates, vehicles, and more across the map. The mode features a five flag domination objective mode.

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Crossplay Beta is an open beta PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC and ends on Monday, Sept. 23 at 10AM PT.
