NBA 2K24 bug ‘robs’ characters of their clothes after Season 3 update
2K GamesThe Season 3 update for NBA 2K24 was aimed at fixing bugs and glitches in gameplay, as well as in-game animations. However, MyCareer mode players encountered a new issue related to customizing their characters.
2K Games introduced a new Season 3 update in NBA 2K24 where the developers addressed various gameplay issues and solved many bugs in different game modes such as MyTeam or MyCareer.
Among the most anticipated fixes is the MyCareer progression, which has caused a lot of stir in the community in recent weeks, as well as the annoying animation glitches that occur in this mode when a player achieves a record breaker or during celebration animations.
However, once players updated NBA 2K24 and jumped into MyCareer mode, they found a situation that quickly caught their attention, especially among the more experienced players.
MyCareer players found their characters dressed in the typical brown shirt and gray pants that NBA 2K24 gives you when you finish creating your MyPlayers for the first time.
But it goes beyond that because when players tried to customize their characters to reapply the clothing and tattoos they had previously, they noticed that they had lost them completely.
This has angered many players, stating this is a “robbery in broad daylight.” Many NBA 2K24 MyCareer mode players have spent a significant amount of VC (Virtual Currency) to have their favorite outfits.
Other players took this in a better light and even joked about this new NBA 2K24 error, “Black Friday Sale Brown Shirts,” while another user commented, “Now it really looks like LA.”
This is not the first time that NBA 2K24 players have complained about a glaring error after a Season update. Previously, MyCareer mode players had suffered from the loss of progress in their badges with the Season 2 update.
Returning to the present, 2K Games haven’t yet addressed the disappearance of items after the Season 3 update, and players wonder when they will have their items back.
In the meantime, you can check how to do flashy passes in NBA 2K24 or how to request a trade in MyCareer mode.
