New “#FixWarzone” movement taking over CoD: Warzone & clan tags

Frustrations have boiled over for players that want change in CoD: Warzone, and a new movement is aiming to highlight this.

Warzone’s player base is uniting in its efforts to prompt changes from the game’s devs as a new “#FixWarzone” movement is currently gaining momentum.

Since its launch, Call of Duty: Warzone has gone on to become, arguably, the biggest battle royale game in the world. Whereas Fortnite is still relatively a new name in the gaming world, Call of Duty has been around for nearly 20 years.

Millions of players have fought valiantly to secure a ‘Warzone Victory’, but in that time, the game has been guilty of numerous issues that have left players frustrated.

Invincibility glitches, invisibility glitches, see-through walls, broken Juggernauts, SBMM, and repeated run-ins with the infamous Stim Glitch are all major examples of Warzone’s problems.

It seems repeated issues have frustrated members of the CoD community, and it is insisting that players join the #FixWarzone movement to incite change.

SindraGan2001 originally set the wheels in motion with a passionate post on Reddit that discussed Warzone’s issues, and the sentiments are generally seconded by many in the CoD community.

The post has had nearly 17,000 upvotes and well over 1,000 comments showing support for the idea of having this unified clan tag.

MyJuiceIsLoose said, “I stopped playing but I will log on today and change my tag to this to support this movement. I agree we need to try something at this point because I really miss playing this game a ton. Good luck in the movement Broham!”

This one comment received nearly 1.5K upvotes and other top comments follow the same train of thought.

There is evidence of players actively changing their clan tag to this as a video on Reddit showcased a new bug, with the player also sporting the #FIXWZ clan tag.

The player’s arm was behaving very erratically and was waving all about the screen, obscuring their view.

As is the same with petitions and other forms of protest, the movement is in its early stages and is showing slow signs of growth.

You’d think that Activision will remain undeterred by this for now. However, if Twitter, Reddit, and other forms of media become inundated with the #FixWarzone movement, then Activision may have to respond.

We shall wait and see how the situation progresses.

Warzone leak reveals another Attack on Titan Operator skin coming soon

A new Warzone and Vanguard leak claims the Armored Titan from Attack on Titan could be added to the games soon.

The Armored Titan and Warzone characters

Attack on Titan fans could soon get their hands on another Operator skin from the anime, with leaks claiming the giant human-eating creatures could join Vanguard and Warzone soon.

Crossovers have become a huge part of gaming, with games like Fortnite linking up with blockbuster movies and sports leagues to give fans amazing in-game looks.

Call of Duty is the latest title to try their hand at collaborations, teaming up with popular anime Attack on Titan to drop the Tracer Pack bundle for the game.

The first AoT skin in Vanguard and Warzone wasn’t well-received, with players claiming it looked “embarrassing,” before reporting that the bundle itself was giving players the wrong Tracer rounds. Now, it looks like they’re going to try again with a new skin, according to leaked images on Twitter.

Attack on Titan Vanguard bundle

According to leaker Hydra9114, a second Attack on Titan skin is on the way, but we won’t be getting another member of the Survey Corps.

Instead, players will be able to look like the Armored Titan, a 15 meter tall Titan with hardened skin to protect himself, capable of tearing through buildings and Survey Corps members with ease. Luckily, we expect that the Armored Titan’s in-game skin won’t be 15 meters tall.

The tweet shows a four-second video of the Titan in a pre-game lobby, holding a weapon while looking extremely menacing.

As things stand, we don’t have an official release date for this skin, but considering how detailed the Armored Titan looks, we expect it isn’t far away.

It’s very possible that it appears in Vanguard and Warzone Season 2, which has been delayed to February 14, 2022.

Warzone Pacific’s 10 most popular weapon loadouts

The most popular weapon loadouts in Warzone Pacific have been revealed, so here’s the top 10, and their most popular attachments.

Published

on

Most popular guns in CoD Warzone Pacific

Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific’s most popular weapons and their attachments have been revealed, so we’re counting down the top ten loadouts as of January 21, 2022.

As is standard for Warzone, the meta is constantly changing. The Warzone Pacific update brought in almost 40 new weapons from Call of Duty: Vanguard, and also made some changes to weapons from Modern Warfare and Cold War.

This has caused a major change in certain weapon’s popularity, and thanks to WZRanked.com, we can see Warzone Pacific Season 1’s most popular weapons. So, we’re counting down the top ten, along with the most popular attachments.

Most popular guns & loadouts in Warzone

10. M13 – 2.07%

best warzone m13 loadout season 3

It’s surprising to see the M13 back in Warzone’s 10 most popular weapons, but it’s beaten out some of the best guns in the game such as Cold War’s AK-47 and the M4A1.

What makes the M13 such a popular pick is its extremely low recoil, where it takes no effort at all to keep it firing straight. Low-recoil builds are always a popular choice, and the M13 certainly fills that role.

Most popular M13 Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: Tempus Marksman
  • Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
  • Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 60 Round Mags

9. Grau 5.56 – 2.16%

Warzone Grau 5.56

When Warzone was first released in March 2020, the Grau 5.56 was king. With almost no recoil and the cleanest Iron Sight the game had to offer, almost every player ran the Grau. Now in Warzone Pacific Season 1, it has avoided the nerfs that have hit other ARs and remained a popular choice.

Many Grau users use it as their ‘Fully Loaded’ weapon, which they can take to get full ammo when grabbing a loadout after returning from the Gulag. However, all Vanguard guns have this capability, so the VLK 3.0x Optic is back in demand.

Most popular Grau 5.56 Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: Tempus 26.4″ Archangel
  • Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
  • Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 60 Round Mags

8. Kilo 141 – 2.35%

best warzone kilo loadout

Very similar to the M13, the Kilo 141 is an excellent weapon for players looking for a low-recoil gun to beam enemies at range.

The Kilo isn’t the most powerful Assault Rifle in the game, but it kills slightly faster than the M13 – even with a slower fire rate. You won’t burn through your ammo immediately, making it a great choice to carry around both Caldera and Rebirth Island.

Most popular Kilo 141 Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: Singuard Arms 19.8″ Prowler
  • Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
  • Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 60 Round Mags

7. Vanguard PPSH-41 – 2.43%

warzone pacific caldera ppsh

Vanguard weapons have dominated the meta since their arrival, and the PPSH-41 is the perfect SMG.

With incredible hip-fire accuracy and surprisingly effective range for an SMG, it’s hard to go wrong with the PPSH-41 – especially in the Vanguard Royale. We expect its popularity to keep rising if it doesn’t get nerfed in a future update.

Most popular Vanguard PPSH-41 loadout:

  • Muzzle: Recoil Booster
  • Barrel: Kovalevskaya 230mm B03P
  • Optic: Slate Reflector
  • Stock: Removed Stock
  • Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip
  • Magazine: 8mm Nambu 71 Round Mags
  • Ammunition: Incendiary
  • Rear Grip: Pine Tar Grip
  • Perk 1: Tight Grip
  • Perk 2: Quick

6. Swiss K31 – 6.20%

Best Warzone Swiss K31 loadout

Raven Software has been hard at work fine-tuning Cold War’s Sniper Rifles in Warzone and now, they seem to have got the Swiss K31 into a great spot. Raven did decrease its flinch resistance on December 9 but then buffed it again on December 15.

Its direct counterpart is Modern Warfare’s Kar98k as they’re both quick and highly versatile snipers. Not much sets the two apart now, and some even prefer the Swiss. Its high bullet velocity means that you hardly need to lead shots, and its magazine gives it a solid reload time compared to the Kar98k.

Most popular Swiss K31 Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: GRU Suppressor
  • Barrel: 24.9″ Combat Recon
  • Laser: SWAT 5mw Laser Sight
  • Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip
  • Rear Grip: Serpent Grip

5. STG44 – 7.09%

STG44 Assault Rifle in Warzone

The STG44 acts similarly to Modern Warfare’s M4A1, being an excellent all-rounder for Caldera.

With the bloom mechanic being removed now, the STG is even more powerful. It might not be the most powerful Assault Rifle in the game but is extremely easy to control, making it effective for players of all skill levels.

Its popularity has dropped slightly since the start of the season, but it’s likely to remain a powerful choice as we go into Season 2.

Most popular STG44 Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: MX Silencer
  • Barrel: CDD 760mm 05B
  • Optic: G16 2.5x
  • Stock: VDD 34S Weighted
  • Underbarrel: m1941 Hand Stop
  • Magazine: 8mm Kurz 60 Round Drums
  • Ammunition: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Stippled Grip
  • Perk 1: Vital
  • Perk 2: Fully Loaded

4. Modern Warfare Kar98k – 7.29%

Warzone Kar98k loadout

If you’re looking for a fast Sniper Rifle that’s easy to use, Modern Warfare’s Kar98k is the weapon for you. Although technically a Marksman Rifle, this bolt-action WW2 rifle is arguably Warzone’s best sniper.

The Kar98k has a solid ADS speed, and with its high bullet velocity, you’ll find it much easier to use than most other Sniper Rifles. You can effectively quickscope in close-range situations, and by leading your targets, hit some nasty longshots.

The Kar98k is the better choice for controller players, as YouTuber TrueGameData discovered that it has more aim assist than the Swiss. It’s no longer the most popular weapon but is still one of the best there is.

Most popular Kar98k Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: Singuard Custom 27.6″ Barrel
  • Laser: Tac Laser
  • Optic: Sniper Scope
  • Stock: FTAC Sport Comb

3. Cooper Carbine – 7.71%

Best Warzone Pacific cooper carbine loadout

Some low-recoil builds have made their way onto this list, but the Cooper Carbine beats them out in the damage department.

The Cooper Carbine arrived at the start of Warzone Pacific Season 1 and quickly became many players’ go-to. Again, it’s not the most powerful weapon in the game but its almost non-existent recoil and decent damage have made it the third most popular choice.

Most popular Cooper Carbine Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: MX Silencer
  • Barrel: ZAC 760mm 05B
  • Optic: G16 2.5x
  • Stock: VDD 34S Weighted
  • Underbarrel: m1941 Hand Stop
  • Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 50 Round Mags
  • Ammunition: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Polymer Grip
  • Perk 1: Vital
  • Perk 2: Fully Loaded

2. Bren – 11.35%

Bren LMG in Warzone Pacific

The Bren dominated the game over the holidays, and even though it saw nerfs, it’s held onto its spot as the second most popular gun in the game.

We’ve mentioned several low-recoil builds in this list, but the Bren had zero recoil over the holidays. This allowed it to beam enemies across the map with players not even needing to move the thumbstick to keep it shooting straight.

The weapon was nerfed in the January 7 update, but it’s still the best long-range option in Warzone Pacific.

The most popular Bren Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: Mercury Silencer
  • Barrel: Queen’s 705mm Royal
  • Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x
  • Stock: Queen’s Model 11HB
  • Underbarrel: m1941 Hand Stop
  • Magazine: 6.5 Sakura 40 Round Mags
  • Ammunition: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Polymer Grip
  • Perk 1: Tight Grip
  • Perk 2: Fully Loaded

1. MP40 – 15.19%

MP40 Warzone Pacific loadout

If you’re looking for a Vanguard SMG to use in either regular battle royale or Vanguard Royale, the MP40 is an excellent choice.

An incredibly popular Vanguard weapon, the MP40 has already been making waves in Warzone. Its minimal recoil and solid damage make it a standout choice for close-range fights, so you won’t ever feel at a disadvantage while using it.

It’s no wonder that the MP40 is the most popular weapon in the game, as it complements any possible loadout.

Most popular MP40 Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: Recoil Booster
  • Barrel: Krausnick 317mm 04B
  • Optic: Slate Reflector
  • Stock: Krausnick 33M Folding
  • Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip
  • Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 45 Round Mags
  • Ammunition: Incendiary
  • Rear Grip: Polymer Grip
  • Perk 1: Brace
  • Perk 2: Quick

If you’re yet to use any of these weapons in Caldera and Rebirth Island, give them a try with these attachment combinations.
