How to get your Spec Ops stats back on Xbox

The last content drops for Xbox LIVE Elite Premium released on 6/19 created lots of issues, but today Infinity Ward and MS sent out an Emergency TU (patch notes here) to fix the issues. But what about regaining your stats on Spec Ops?

They have just released a site on how to get back your stats. You need to go to support.activision.com and request for a restoration.
