Infinity Ward co-founders West/Zampella Trial begins May 29th

“Call of Duty: Courtroom Warfare”, the ultimate battle between Developer and Pubilsher is set to begin next month on May 29th. Originally schedule for May 7th, the case was rescheduled per Activisions request in order to challenge one of of the claims brought forth by West & Zampella which was eventually thown out by a judge.

Activision claims that West & Zampella (along with the help of EA) conspired against them to destroy the Call of Duty franchise. The case also includes The Infinity Ward Group (consist of ex-IW employees), which is suing for unpaid bonuses from Modern Warfare 2.
